AAzlanismaillCheck-in was smooth, and we received a warm welcome from the staff. A deposit of RM100 was required. We booked two twin rooms, and both were very neat, tidy, and comfortable. The beds were especially cozy.
The hotel seems newly built, so there were no major maintenance issues. However, the air-conditioning in my room could use some servicing the blower and filter need cleaning, as the airflow had a clogged sound.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with comfortable rooms, and with a bit of improvement in aircond maintenance, it would be even better.

Looking for foods? It's close to shoplots and local eateries areas. Breakfast? No problem, there is a cafe available next to the hotel.

MMr. ShukriThe homestay are spacious and comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the bedrooms has an air conditioner! They also provide a lots of facilities such as stove, rice cooker, filtered water, hair dryer, iron and many more! RECOMMEND! It's also nearby city center and Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).

PPhilip06The night shift front desk staff was rude during check-in. When I mentioned my booking through the Trip.com app, he denied it and insisted they only accept Agoda bookings. Despite my efforts to explain, he seemed displeased and unhelpful.
The hotel is well-located near eateries and amenities. While it’s old and the rooms are dark, the price is reasonable and cleanliness is satisfactory. WiFi is reliable and fast, traffic noise is noticeable. There are no toiletries provided—only two small cubes of Lux soap. Overall, conditions are acceptable for budget travelers, but don’t expect much.

SSweet ChelseaThe Hotel is so nice especially the services. The receptionist suggest us the best place to visit and food to try. Besides that, the location of the hotel is strategic because it’s in the middle of the town. Nearby restaurants and there’s have mural behind the hotel to taking picture. Highly recommended!!!
