"Hotel quite old but tidy. Got swimming pool. Food from the restaurant was great and affordable. Elevator was broken. Had to use staircase to go to the third floor. Wifi signal was very poor. Hope that they can upgrade the hotel in the future."

"Bit of a confusing check in as the owners were not aware we’d booked a room and had to get it ready, however the room itself was clean and did the job although pillows very flat. Right by the ferry port and bus terminal so great for stopping over but was noisy in the night. The restaurant however underneath was INCREDIBLE."

However, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and the walls were a bit thin, so noise from nearby rooms could be heard at night. The breakfast had limited options, but the location was convenient and close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was an average experience — acceptable for the price, but with room for improvement."

Insisted on cash. We hv no choice but reluctantly paid for it. Given thos unpleasant experience we most likely not do booking through trip.com"
