This is a great hotel located in the heart of Alor Setar. It feels like stepping into a palace. The price and service are excellent. The staff are wonderful, the hotel facilities are complete, and it’s right next to a mall. I will definitely return here when I visit Alor Setar again. Everything is perfect.

I had a pleasant experience staying at The Leverage Business Hotel Mergong. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is quite outdated but good maintained. The room was clean and equipped well. The room’s view was superb. We could see the oldest mosque from our room. The staffs were nice and professional. The best thing of hotel is the location. It located next to famous attractions such as Zahir Mosque (one of the grandest and oldest mosques in Malaysia), Alor Setar tower and Aman Central department store. There’s parking in front of the hotel. It took 5 minutes from KTM train station and around 17 minutes from airport.

AAnonymous UserThe staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
