We have low expectations for the room. But when we arrived, we really love the room we got. The room are very nice, spacious, clean, comfortable and the prize for room and service are really reasonable and affordable.. no negative feedback from us.. we enjoyed our stay here and will come back again 🤗

I will definitely come here again. It was the best decision ever to stay here because the room complete with 4 pillows, superb king bed, smart TV and Young Living aroma. My room does have the balcony and enjoy watching the road scene.

Well service standard excellent I'm very happy.. With the check in process very quick.. The room was nice and cozy, the bed was so comfortable even the shower was great.. With very good & strong water pressure.. Very pleased with almost everything except for the breakfast a little bit disappointed & most of the food serve not much verity & strangely cold with most of the food warmer not working or switch off.. Well anyway I had a pleasant stay.. Thank you very much.. The Jerai Hotel.. Alor Star.. Keep up the good work 👍💪

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was good, from the clean and comfortable room to the overall facilities. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it very convenient to travel anywhere. There are plenty of shops, attractions, and restaurants nearby. In particular, there is a fantastic restaurant within walking distance that serves delicious food. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is in the city center with plenty of parking. The rooms are medium to large in size. Within 500 meters, there are many dining options and a landmark shopping mall. The front desk service was excellent, with very friendly smiles. I recommend improving cleanliness and pest control, especially for cockroaches.

But didn't try to call, no one answered the call by himself Fortunately, there was a Chinese Male person to help us. He helped contact us so he went to the room. If not, Male, how will it enter? When entering, there are not many amenities, there is air conditioner, TV, 2 bottles of water, tissue, cloth, check the room, clean, but There was some noise When checking out, we sent a message that we would ask for a late check-in.
