I really do like the hotel and staff And the location is great. The only thing that I am not happy with is the constant construction noise. It is very hard to rest or sleep

There's a woman with glasses at the hotel's front desk. She's incredibly enthusiastic, kind, and very helpful. I'm truly glad she works at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The room was very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also great and convenient to many places. Overall, excellent service and a relaxing stay. We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was excellent, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well kept and you have dining options nearby and at the hotel.

Excellent service from staffs! So kind and helpful. We checked in early and all prepared for our family. Beautifully designed hotel. Clean room and toilets with lovely fragrance. Location is perfect to everything u need. Bed is comfortable but pillows were small. Thank you so much. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Tijuana.

Very good 👌👌The facilities are complete, the hygiene is very good, the environment is beautiful, and the service is very good. It is mainly close to the sea, and it is very convenient to check in at the US-Mexico border wall a few hundred meters away.

The place is old in all senses, the bed had a big stain and even that I asked two days to change the bed sheets, they did not change it. The sink and shower had issues with the drain (they fixed it after my complains). The breakfast is great and unique, highly recommendable the food and high-quality service from chefs and waiters. Very recommendable!

Had an amazing stay at this hotel during a Music Festival. Definitely enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and which was staffed by amazing and friendly people who went above and beyond to make our stay great. Celia did an amazing job serving our table and being highly attentive to our groups needs. Will definitely recommend this place in the future.

Great location, fantastic staff, and very nice and clean rooms. Walking from this location was so much fun, with so much to see and enjoy. (Walk North then west at Home Depot….4-6 blocks after you cross the bridge over the river along Home Depot and Tacate factory you will see many vendors selling wonderful food and a vast variety of items).

The location is very convenient, about 3 kilometers from the US border, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. It is within 1 km from the bar street and 400 to 500 meters from Revolution Avenue, which can be walked. The room is really big and the hygiene is OK. When I first entered the room, I felt that the smell was a bit strong but it was acceptable. After a while, I may get used to it. Please note that the hotel does not have luggage storage service. When I was about to check out, I asked the front desk and found out that I could not store my luggage. They said there was no place. I asked if there was any other place to store my luggage, but they didn’t know. Later, I had to pay 20 US dollars to delay the check-out until 3 pm.
