LLIW518Hotel next to the Kampong Bay Bridge. Very close to downtown. The hotel is quite new and clean. Each room have a balcony. Have a not large but enough swimming pool. Free parking.Various set breakfast for your choice with great view on the rooftop restaurant.

TThe Street Food GuyI have stayed here many times and its never disappointing. The staff here were very on things, the food was great and the ppol was as it always is well looked after. Only negative was there was some building work being done, but in fairness it has to be done at some time.
I will stay here again as there really is no other hotel that can match the value. Keep in mind it was 20 percent more to book on trip than it was on *********** and they do take cards if that is your issue.

GGuest UserNice place. If you want to chill out and relax. Just a little bit too far out of town for me personally. About 10 minutes on a moped. But everyone else like that about the place. Mopeds can be hired on site. All the staff members are nice

AAh Choo 168Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service
Overall, Bali Villa Kampot is a great place to truly unwind and do nothing for the whole day. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and escaping from the city.
The only setback is the location. Google Maps and Grab do not link directly to the villa, and there are two listings named “Bali Villa Kampot” on the Grab app. If you select the wrong one, you may end up dropped off in a very remote area. It took me some time to figure this out.
That said, the staff service is excellent—so warm and helpful that it quickly makes you forget about the transportation inconvenience. Their hospitality really stands out and enhances the overall experience.

AAnonymous UserOur stay was good as usual. This is the hotel we always choose for our budget travel to Kampot. (Third time already). Only one inconvenience issue this time is that the rooms charges were 30$/room, we requested extra bed upon arrival (there is no extra bed option in the app so we put a comment in advace during booking) and had to pay 10$ upon arrival. The extra bed was just the thin bedding on the floor. When we requested for a blanket said it would be exta 5$. Moreover, didnt provide additional amenties while charging us addtional for the extra bed. Had to request for the towels as well. Apart from this, everything was okay. I will stay there again next time but may be not with odd numbers of group. 😅

VVikkiC19This hotel is okay. I found the location to be good and just a short walk to the main busy areas. The young lads who work there are lovely and always greet you when entering or leaving which is lovely. Where this place fell short for me was I had a leak in the bathroom. The water was dripping out onto the floor constantly. When I told them the bathroom floor was full of water they didn’t seem concerned or interested in fixing the solution even after looking at it - I had to ask for a room change, it was not offered. None until next day which was fine but I had to then ask for a bucket to try and prevent having to walk through water every time I needed to use the toilet. I got one and it filled it very quickly. I got moved to another room next day and had no fridge - they put one in there for me after me asking. I stayed for 4 nights and no one came to sweep my floor or provide a new bath towel/ toilet roll. Also I asked about laundry and told it be done by afternoon the next day. I left a bag of clothes. Went to collect the ‘evening’ of the next day and my bag was just left under the reception counter not done. Not sure why no-one didn’t ask each other why is this bag still here? It had been longer than 24h. I had to be up and on a bus out of Kampot the next morning :-( I have scored well because they change me to another room but I had to ask for it. That pipe need fixing - someone could slip and hurt themselves.

SSam the Wei5 minutes tuk tuk away from town centre, nice, friendly and helpful staff. Overall clean hotel however does have some bugs. Restaurant available for breakfast and dinner. Alternatively order delivery for lunch.

AAnonymous UserA cozy small hotel that's a little secluded from everything. Would recommend getting a motorbike if u are staying here. The cleanliness can be improved as everything is very dusty during my stay and lights in the room are broken. Don't expect much from breakfast, as it doesn't even include drinks and very little option to choose (rice, noodle, omelette)
