candyyang4912The staff were incredibly professional and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast was delicious; I had it two days in a row! The French toast was a highlight. The ochazuke (rice with tea) was also tasty. This was the largest hotel room I've stayed in Tokyo – I could easily open both my 28-inch and 20-inch suitcases at the same time. There's no bottled water in the room for environmental reasons, but they provide a plastic kettle which you can fill with water from the dispenser by the elevators in the hallway. The shuttle to Disneyland was punctual. Highly recommend this place!

WrinnieThis was our first trip to Japan and we had an amazing time. This hotel was amazing. The room service was great and we got our room cleaned everyday at a set time. Every evening we went back to our room the amenities were always restocked. The bath robs, pajamas and slippers were the best.
But what topped it off was the room we booked had a balcony where we were actually able to open the door and sit out there and see the amazing view.

We arrived from Fuji and checked in quite late at night to this hotel. It is quite a far walk from the metro, about 15mins walk but they have shuttle bus to and from Disneyland which is convenient for people visiting Disneyland. We stayed for one night as we planned to visit Disney the next day. Front desk is well equipped with English and helped us check in very quickly. They introduced us their hotel facilities very well and gave us free spa voucher to use for the night or early morning. They also helped us to book a taxi as we need to go to the nearby AEON mall to buy some stuff and grab our dinner. We were very tired from a long day in Fuji so we decided to take a taxi.
The room is spacious and we have plenty space to open our luggage fully on the floor. Toilet was split into dry for toilet bowl, wet for shower. This is the best part of this hotel! If i were to visit disney again, i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

vivien00The family room for four was quite spacious, and having a separate bed for everyone meant no disturbances. A big thank you to the restaurant staff on the first floor for keeping our forgotten headphones safe. The breakfast was also very generous, they even had a chocolate fountain! My personal favorites were the salad and yogurt. We also tried out the Japanese-style hot springs on the 7th floor; the water temperature was perfect. Just remember to bring your own towel.
The bus from Narita Airport to the hotel costs 2900 JPY, with children under 12 paying half price. However, it takes a very long time because it first goes to Tokyo Disneyland, then to Tokyo DisneySea, then to other hotels like the Hyatt, and finally arrives at Mitsui. The total travel time is about 1 hour and 40 minutes, which is slower than taking the subway. The upside is you don't have to lug your luggage up and down stairs when changing subways.

zhangxiaotingTraveling to Disneyland with kids was a breeze thanks to this hotel. The free shuttle was incredibly convenient, and every staff member greeted us with a smile. The bathroom facilities were exceptionally comfortable, and the toiletries were POLA, which is a nice touch. It truly felt like a classic five-star hotel. We were very satisfied.

Anonymous UserOnly 5-min walk from Bayside station of Disney Resort line monorail. There are also shuttle buses between hotel and Bayside station and JR Maihama station. The room was clean, roomy and comfy.

The facilities are excellent and the conditions are superb, plus there's a sea view. The breakfast quality is incredibly high, almost impeccable. My only suggestion: Currently, the hotel provides a video showing the pick-up spot for the return shuttle from Disneyland. However, by the time you leave Disneyland, it's already dark and hard to see the way. Also, after a full day of fun, foreign tourists might have run out of battery or data. I recommend simply providing a Google Maps location. This way, it can be navigated offline.

Guest UserThe room was a bit small, but for a double room, we could push the beds together, which made sleeping more comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, and it's very close to Disneyland, making transport convenient. However, on day 1, around 10 PM, when we arrived at Maihama Station, we found there were no more shuttle buses (though other hotels still had their last bus), which was a bit inconvenient. We ended up having to walk all the way, and it was quite a distance.

I was thrilled to find my room included a washer. The refrigerator and hot plate were helpful too.
The bathroom was fine with a high sided tub and shower. The shower only worked when handheld, it would not stay in the holder attached to the wall.
The bed was very comfortable with soft linens. I slept well during my stay.
The hotel has a free Disney shuttle. It stops at multiple properties and was packed the morning I took it to Disney Sea. I opted to take a local bus back to the hotel.
The local bus service is great. Every driver was helpful and confirmed my directions before I paid for my ride.
The 7-Eleven near by is an easy walk and has loads of delicious food options.
Overall I was happy with my stay.

Erick858If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel.
The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure). The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided.
While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk.
The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
