GGuest UserPerfect hotel for Tokyo Disney. 5 mins walk to Disneyland and next to Resort Line (monorail for Disney Sea) and Iksppari (mall with McD Starbucks supermarket and restaurants).  Hotel is clean comfortable and has all the toiletries and essentials. It’sa little cramped with 4 single beds but we oomanaged by minimising open luggages. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

GGuest User10/10. Couldn’t stop raving about this hotel. It’s perfect in so many aspects. I’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for accommodation near Disneyland & DisneySea. The shuttle bus is super reliable every 10 mins. Please do get the hotel breakfast too. It’s so yummy with variety of spread. The quality is amazing beyond words! The room is big as well. I’m a family of 5 and it fits us very comfortably. Okay, 1 thing that I need to highlight is the hairdryer! Ladies, please use their ReFa hairdryer and hair straightener. They are game changers! I came across this brand after staying here and I’m a convert. If you’ve used dyson before, ReFa is a super strong contender and dare I say, even better! Your hair just dries so much smoother and they just fall into places nicely. The amenities provided are just high quality. As a guest, I could feel thoughts were taken into consideration when they plan it. They have facial wash, skin milk, down to hair serum/oil (like what). They are free for you to take as you need, btw. So, what more can i say? The staffs were amazing beyond words too.

GGuest UserHotel Okura Tokyo Bay is a classic option for travelers looking to visit the Tokyo Disney Resort without breaking the bank on the official ”on-site” hotels. Having stayed here recently, I can give a fair and balanced review: it is a property with clear strengths in space and location, but it also shows its age in places. First, the location is unbeatable for Disney guests. It's only about a 3-minute walk to Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line monorail . There is also a convenient free shuttle bus to JR Maihama Station, which is great for accessing central Tokyo or connecting to the airport . The rooms are where this hotel truly shines. We were shocked by how massively spacious the room was—a rare find in Japan . The bathrooms are also huge, featuring a separate shower and a deep bathtub, perfect for soaking sore muscles after a long day at the theme parks . To our surprise, the hotel provided face masks and bath salts in the room, a thoughtful amenity that added a touch of relaxation to our evening . However, the review wouldn't be fair without mentioning the downsides. The hotel opened in 1988, and while it is impeccably clean, the facilities are undeniably dated. The decor and carpets feel like a step back in time. In summary, Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay is a solid choice if you prioritize space and a short commute to the Disney parks. Don't expect modern luxury, but do expect a clean, comfortable, and roomy stay.

GGuest UserService: The hotel shuttle is super convenient. After taking the subway from the airport to Maihama Station, you just go downstairs and hop on the shuttle. The next day, it dropped us off at a different station for DisneySea, and then we took the Disney Resort Line from there. Amenities: The hotel toiletries are by Pola, and the hairdryer was excellent – I honestly think it was better than my Dyson at home. There's a small convenience store downstairs, but it didn't have much. We ended up walking about 300m to a Lawson at another hotel (it was packed with people coming back from Disney).

Mmyqx04The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious, with excellent floor drainage that prevented any water from splashing out. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, apart from one who seemed a bit unfriendly on the first day but was fine later on. What particularly touched me was when we were checking out; a staff member stopped the departing shuttle bus for us and, braving the rain, helped my daughter, our luggage, and me get on board. I'm truly grateful to her! The breakfast was fantastic. I'd gladly return here if I have the opportunity.

GGuest Userrecently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

チャンキンFor the last two days of my trip to Japan, I stayed at this hotel within the Disney Resort. It's a very unique hotel, with rooms designed to look like the inside of a ship's cabin. Everything was great, except for the terrible soundproofing. I could hear every little noise from the guests next door, which really affected my rest. If you have the option, I'd definitely recommend booking one of the official Disney hotels instead. After all, when you're traveling, a good night's sleep is essential!

SShanherumengsuiyuerugeThis was the most spacious hotel I stayed in Japan, though the price wasn't cheap and the room itself was still quite compact. However, it offered good value for money, especially since hotels around amusement parks tend to be very expensive. Luckily, the subway access was super convenient. The sky was so blue, and the ingredients at the conveyor belt sushi place were incredibly fresh. We also had ramen and takoyaki… Generally, you get what you pay for. The octopus in the takoyaki was really chewy and delicious. My kids loved it; they said it had a lot of filling.

GGuest UserGreat location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away.

MMoodymeowGreat place if you are going to Disneyland. Service was great and room was very clean. We checked out and stored our luggage with the hotel before going to Disneyland and returned to a room with luggage already in our new room! They even joined the beds together like how we had the previous room without me asking (nice touch💕) Location would be fine if I didn’t have to travel with young kids who don’t really like walking as we really like the relax ambience.
