GGuodongbudingmakalongHighly recommend this hotel! The shuttle bus makes it super convenient to get to both the mainland attractions and the ocean. The AEON mall nearby is great for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's an excellent choice, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends. The value for money is exceptional, and the four-person bed was very comfortable. Plus, there's a Komeda Coffee right across the street, and the supermarket has plenty of options for a late-night snack back at the hotel.

KKristina SihuiWe arrived from Fuji and checked in quite late at night to this hotel. It is quite a far walk from the metro, about 15mins walk but they have shuttle bus to and from Disneyland which is convenient for people visiting Disneyland. We stayed for one night as we planned to visit Disney the next day. Front desk is well equipped with English and helped us check in very quickly. They introduced us their hotel facilities very well and gave us free spa voucher to use for the night or early morning. They also helped us to book a taxi as we need to go to the nearby AEON mall to buy some stuff and grab our dinner. We were very tired from a long day in Fuji so we decided to take a taxi.
The room is spacious and we have plenty space to open our luggage fully on the floor. Toilet was split into dry for toilet bowl, wet for shower. This is the best part of this hotel! If i were to visit disney again, i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Extremely clean—-only oversight was trundle bed beneath main bed. Cover needed cleaning. But looked like it hadn’t been used in forever.
Amazing shower & Japanese-style shower room. Great reading lights at bedside—-something relatively rare.
Very comfortable stay. Hotel restaurant not vegan friendly, however. But overall location & price were great & I’d definitely stay again.
Easy 20-minute walk to Tokyo Disneyland entrance OR frequent bus rides in the vintage looking RV to Maihama Station.

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, and the front desk provides shuttle information upon check-in. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Disneyland, making it pretty good value for money. The surrounding area has many other hotels and a large park with slides, perfect for kids to burn off energy. You can take a direct bus from Narita Airport to the hotel; just get off at the Hyatt, and it's right next door. The bus ride is about 1.5 hours, which is much more cost-effective than a taxi. There's also a bus stop nearby with direct routes to Tokyo Station, or you can take the shuttle to Disneyland and then connect to the subway. Definitely get a Suica card and exchange some coins at the front desk for convenience.
Breakfast: My kids loved it! There's a good variety, and they even give kids coins to get candy from a gumball machine. There are also restaurants nearby, but they're about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is super handy for buying things.
Room: The room is quite spacious, with two large beds that can comfortably sleep 3-4 people.

YyukilovegaI stayed here for 3 nights after visiting Tokyo Disneyland one day and DisneySea the next. It's very close to Bayside Station, just a short walk away, so no need for a shuttle. The hotel is large, and the room was quite spacious, but it's genuinely very old and dated. As soon as you step out of the elevator, there's a strong musty smell that made me sneeze. The air conditioning controls surprised me; I'd never seen anything like them before and almost couldn't figure them out. Although there are several restaurants for breakfast, the food variety isn't actually that much, and the taste is just average. Plus, you have to queue for everything. There are too few coin-operated washing machines, so you can never get a turn. All in all, I wouldn't consider staying here again.

HhohosonjiI chose this hotel because of the Disneyland shuttle. The shuttle pick-up point at Disneyland is the west parking lot. I only used it to go from Disneyland to the hotel, so I got lost trying to find the location for quite a while. The hotel is far from Disneyland. The room was very spacious and clean, and the toilet and bathroom were separate. I even had chicken, fries, and beer at the cafeteria. However, when I asked them to call a taxi to Shin-Urayasu Station in the morning, they dropped me off at DisneySea... T_T I guess it's my fault for not knowing Japanese. I'm not sure if I'll go again, but I think it would be okay to use it again, but only for multiple nights.

YYuwengongThe facilities are excellent and the conditions are superb, plus there's a sea view. The breakfast quality is incredibly high, almost impeccable. My only suggestion: Currently, the hotel provides a video showing the pick-up spot for the return shuttle from Disneyland. However, by the time you leave Disneyland, it's already dark and hard to see the way. Also, after a full day of fun, foreign tourists might have run out of battery or data. I recommend simply providing a Google Maps location. This way, it can be navigated offline.

GGuest UserThe room was a bit small, but for a double room, we could push the beds together, which made sleeping more comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, and it's very close to Disneyland, making transport convenient. However, on day 1, around 10 PM, when we arrived at Maihama Station, we found there were no more shuttle buses (though other hotels still had their last bus), which was a bit inconvenient. We ended up having to walk all the way, and it was quite a distance.

GGuest UserLocation is a walking distance from Maihama station , hotel provides a morning and night transportation to hotel. Is also walking distance to Disney Sea and Disneyland. Bed is comfortable . The room have a leg massager(delightful )and there’s a self service coffee machine and drinks up to 23:00 which is excellent . Bathroom is a bit small but clean. Breakfast is buffet style with the basic choices but good enough. I will definitely come back to stay here in the future

MMoodymeowGreat place if you are going to Disneyland. Service was great and room was very clean. We checked out and stored our luggage with the hotel before going to Disneyland and returned to a room with luggage already in our new room! They even joined the beds together like how we had the previous room without me asking (nice touch💕) Location would be fine if I didn’t have to travel with young kids who don’t really like walking as we really like the relax ambience.
