服務更是無可挑剔，工作人員親切又專業，用貼心的細節傳遞着日式待客之道。晚餐的懷石料理堪稱藝術，每一道菜品都選用當季食材精心烹製，色香味俱全，用餐過程儀式感滿滿。早餐的現磨抹茶搭配精緻茶點，更是喚醒了味蕾。

GGuest UserThe hotel is very new and simple. The hot spring pool on the balcony is super comfortable. The disadvantage is that the balcony is opposite the national park (under construction) and the curtain has to be drawn during the day. Dinner must be praised. Each dish is introduced in detail by the staff. They are all dishes of local customs in Nagasaki! Finally, let’s talk about the service. It is difficult for hot spring hotels here to have Japanese young people serving, but the gentle and meticulous service is the best among the best in recent years. It is highly recommended! Will come again.

The serene and relaxing atmosphere of the private onsen was exactly what I needed to unwind. The hot springs were impeccably clean and offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The traditional Japanese cuisine served at the hotel was exquisite, with each dish carefully prepared and beautifully presented.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a lovely blend of modern amenities and traditional decor. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel made our stay truly special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. It’s a hidden gem that I can’t wait to visit again!

GGuest UserAlthough the traffic is not too convenient, take the bus from the early station for about an hour, but the victory is quiet, the service attitude is very good, and the meeting is bowed and said hello. The location is opposite the longest foot soup. One berth and two food varieties are too rich, and they are eaten.

お出迎えからすごく感じが良く、安心しました。
温泉がすごく気持ちよくて、アメニティなどもセンスが良かったです。館内もお部屋も清掃が行き届いていて、気遣いが感じられました。夕食と朝食もびっくりするぐらいどれも美味しく、期待以上でした！
事前にサプライズでケーキを用意して頂いてたのですがその対応も素敵でした。翌日、食べれなかったケーキを持ち帰れるか相談したところ、持ち帰りの容器を考えて作ってくださり保冷剤もつけて綺麗に梱包してくださりました。無事に自宅まで持って帰る事ができました。
ひとつひとつ、こころのこもったサービスでとても癒され、素敵な時間を過ごす事ができました。
本当にありがとうございました！

AakikochanThis hotel booked in the name of the Secret Soup Association, 100% of the source confirmed that the quality of the spring did not say that there are three family soups, very private and very good experience. The hotel itself is small and exquisite, the decoration reveals the intention, the old and warm feeling. There is a Japanese girl who knows a little Chinese and is very cute!

정말 좋은 경험이었습니다
모든직원이 매우 친절하시고 상냥했으며 시설은 오래된 느낌이나 관리가 잘되어 있어 오히려 좋았습니다
객실은 다다미방이었는데로 옛날느낌이 살아 있고 바다를 바로 바라볼 수 있어서 근사했습니다
온천 또한 1층도 좋았지만 5층 옥상의 온천은 19:30이후부터 30분 간격으로 객실당 프라이빗하게 이용할 수 있었고 그 이전에는 자유롭게 이용 가능한데 파란하늘과 바다를 바라보며 온천을 하는것이 너무 기분이 좋았네요
식사 또한 석식은 물론 조식도 아주 정갈하고 하나하나 다 맛있어서 싹 비우게 되었네요
여행와서 제대로 대접받는 느낌을 받고 왔네요

YYUHHWAHotel location is good, go right and turn to the hot spring shrine, then enter the hot spring hell area, walk about half an hour, a very good feeling. The breakfast is rich and the food is served. We live in a Japanese tatami for six people and are very suitable for family trips. The hotel is too old and some facilities can't keep up with the new hotel. The parking lot is large and there is no problem parking. The fly in the ointment is likely to be economically depressed. The nearby restaurants have not been opened. After a long walk, the supermarket's talents have been asked to find a delicious restaurant (the hotel will turn left about 500 meters after going out). There is also the hot spring water is too hot, higher than 40 degrees, can not stand for a few minutes.
