Guest UserAll is good. The hotel is very clean. The hotel staff is helpful and bears a lot of hospitality. The location is excellent very near to the Toyotashi station and shopping mall. The Japanese breakfast is wonderfu. It's very recommended hotel in my choice.

Guest UserThe room was relatively clean, and there was a welcome drink at the hotel entrance, which was available anytime during business hours.
The air conditioning in the room was a little weak, so we used the electric fans on each floor. There was also a kettle in front of the elevator on each floor. The price was also reasonable, so it was great.

Booked a Japanese-style tatami room, the room is not big, enough for one person to live. The room does not have a separate toilet and bathroom. You need to go out to the public toilet to go to the toilet. You can take a bath in the bathhouse on the first floor. You can take a bath indoors and in the open air. It is relatively convenient.

The staff are very kind and polite and can be used with peace of mind.
It's enough facilities and amenities to sleep, but sometimes you're a little worried about the sound of the corridor or the sound of the next room.
Free breakfast is mainly Western food, but there are 2 types of bread and salad, boiled *, sausage, hash potatoes, granola and several drinks, and Instagram soup, which is more than enough for free.
I would like to use it again.

There were many breakfast menu and I could choose and enjoy it.
We used a non-smoking single standard room. I think it's enough space for one person. The other rooms were cleaned at check-out, so when I looked a little, the wallpaper was different for each room and it was fashionable. Also, I would like to use it if I have the opportunity.
