I had booked a standard twin room, but at check-in I was upgraded to a suite room. It was great to be able to relax in a spacious and clean room. Breakfast was one plate plus buffet, but it was very delicious. If I have a chance to watch a rugby match at Toyota Stadium, I would like to make a reservation again.

It is the most luxurious hotel in Toyota City, and there are many well-dressed business travelers and European and American foreigners. However, perhaps because of this, the staff at the front desk and restaurant are not very friendly, as they are watching people. When I entered the hotel's restaurant to have lunch, I was stopped by a loud voice and asked to "please wait" even though there were plenty of seats available, and was made to sit on a chair outside for a long time. It didn't feel good and I was running out of lunch time, so I gave up and went to another restaurant. When I tried to use the morning service, there was only one customer in the restaurant, so I was stopped at the entrance and asked persistently, ``Are you using the morning service?'' The chef came out and after consulting with the front staff, it was decided that breakfast would be served, but the plate that was served was extremely bad. It's mentioned on the website that they have a morning menu, and there's a signboard, but I wonder why they're reluctant to offer it. I order breakfast at a hotel because I want to have a delicious breakfast, but it wasn't worth 2,000 yen.
