A pretty good hotel overall, but the hot spring management was a bit chaotic. There were a few ********* kids splashing around in the hot spring, which really ruined the experience. Other than that, the hotel was excellent, especially the value for money of the buffet, particularly dinner.

It's only a few minutes' walk from Sasebo Bus Center; it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to JR Sasebo Station. It's easy to get to and from places like Fukuoka/Nagasaki. The hotel is generally older and the surrounding environment is quiet. After entering the door, you need to change into the slippers provided by the store. There is no elevator in the hotel, but the floors are not high, so it doesn't matter much. The room is spacious, fully equipped and generally clean. There is a bathtub and Wifi, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaver, shampoo, shower gel, etc. are provided.

The facilities are very good, very new, single-family, very comfortable There are several cats around here. This one came over to me in the morning and asked me to pet it. It's very cute. The only thing is that there is no check-in tablet here, so we were hanging around outside the door for a while. Just then, someone entered the building next door, so we went over to ask them how to check in. It turns out that they received confirmation from the hotel before check-in, which gave them the door code. I immediately checked my email and found a confirmation email, but no password for the main door. I had to call customer service to retrieve it before I could check in successfully.

Not far from the station, there is a small slope. The hotel has a little time, but it still maintains the small and full tradition of Japanese hotels. The room is ok, the bathroom is too small, especially the bathtub, is U-shaped, but the end is relatively narrow, and it is particularly uncomfortable to wash. And when booking, breakfast is not included, there is no place to eat nearby, a bit embarrassing. I can run the station to buy something to eat.

I choose this hotel just because it’s close to kujuku cruise and has large parking space. Don’t expect too much except its location. There’s a free shuttle to Sasebo station. I wait for the last shuttle back to the hotel at the drop off/ pick up point. I was there more than 10 minutes before but the shuttle didn’t come. Luckily there’s a taxi station nearby. But it’s disappointing.

Beautiful and clean hotel. 15 mins by taxi to Huis Ten Bosch. Be mindful of your time leaving to he train station by taxi if you're going to the Fukuoka Airport. It could be tight. Otherwise, it's pretty inside. The food was pretty good and pretty modern compared to other hotels we've seen closer to the theme park. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was spacious, but some of the electrical outlets were faulty, and the switches had issues! I told the staff, but they didn't do anything to fix it. It's not close to the main entrance of Huis Ten Bosch; you have to walk a bit. However, there is a small path from the hotel that leads there. The fridge wasn't cold enough, so my ice cream melted. Overall, it was still okay. The big bonus was that staying at this hotel meant you could buy one day's Huis Ten Bosch ticket and get the second day free! I didn't know about this offer beforehand, so it was a pleasant surprise and definitely a huge plus! It's great value for money, and I would stay here again if I visit Huis Ten Bosch in the future.
