The hotel is located right behind Huis Ten Bosch, and you can take a boat to Hotel Europe after 3 PM. Upon arriving at the hotel, the environment felt like a palace – very luxurious. In the evening, you can take a shuttle bus to the large public bath, which has indoor and outdoor hot springs and a sauna. Breakfast offers melon 👍 and red/white wine 👍.

Amazing location!!! Its just right outside Sasebo Train Station. They have complementary breakfast each morning (simple japanese food) but its good! The rooms were also bigger than those Im used to in Tokyo and Osaka. Will definately book again in my future visits.

Great in value for families who are planning to go Huis Ten Bosch park. The room is spacious and have everything you need. There’s hotel shuttle runs every 20 min to bring you to the park. If you arrive after 7pm, call the hotel reception at the luggage reception (in car park 2), they will send car to come and fetch you. Great service!

If you wish to visit Huis Ten Bosch and stay there overnight, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is walking distance from the Huis Ten Bosch train station and to the theme park. You can arrive in the morning, store your luggage, enter the theme park and spend the whole day there before checking in at night. The room is spacious and clean for me. However, I would say that there are no walking distance convenience stores if you are feeling hungry at night and wish to have some food or snacks. I only stayed there for one night and for the price I paid, I am satisfied with my stay there.

I chose this hotel because it's near the Kujukushima sightseeing boat area, and even though the existing reviews aren't great, it was a pleasant surprise, and I highly recommend it. First, there's a shuttle bus to the hotel. There's no timetable on Ctrip, but it's much faster and easier than public transportation. Before 8 PM, wait at the bus stop to the left after exiting the west gate of Sasebo Station. After 8 PM, go to the bus stop outside the east gate. The minibus has the hotel name posted on the window; you have to find it yourself. The hotel receptionist's English is so-so. I booked a tatami room, which was indeed quite old, but it was spacious—the only 22-square-meter room I stayed in during this trip for the price of a budget hotel. There were only electrical outlets for the TV and refrigerator. The hotel has a natural hot spring bath. Free drinks are usually available in the lobby, self-service from machines.

The advantages are that it's very close to Sasebo Train Station, about 300 meters away, and 200 meters from the bus terminal and bus hub. There's also a laundry room, surprisingly on the rooftop. It's also convenient for dining and shopping near the port. The disadvantages are that the room was incredibly small and had a musty smell. The air conditioning at the front desk was turned up high, but not on the floor above, and the room's air conditioning didn't seem to be cooling enough. It was fine for two nights, but it was just okay.

The place is fine, the staff always provide new towels. My room has a leftover sock under my bed, but my stay is comfortable. Recommended for solo travelers

Sasebo is so beautiful!! Very suitable for a solo trip, the arrival time to the hotel has missed the dinner time, because the Shinkansen delayed me to post the food to the room. Very good, very close to the train station and bus hub, across the road is Wupan Street commercial facilities, and the room is very quiet, the sanitation is very serious.

When I visited Huis Ten Bosch, it was hard to find a nice and affordable place to stay. All the nearby places are very pricey but thank god, I found this place and it's actually not that bad. So if you want to visit Huis Ten Bosch, I'd recommend here. It's next to the station and it's only 5mns to Huis Ten Bosch.
