I called because I didn't know where the parking lot was and they were very helpful!
Despite making a last-minute reservation and checking in late, they had a vacancy so they moved me to a larger room, allowing me to relax in a spacious room. There are hot springs and restaurants nearby, so I think the location is convenient.
Although it doesn't have an ocean view, it was nice to be able to stay with my family at a reasonable price.

I rented this hot spring hotel in Baibin this time. I personally feel that it is very worthwhile. The room is clean, there is a separate bathroom and a private style. When I checked in, the staff proposed to drink at the lounge. The small gift and the toiletries were the same. We immediately sighed and sighed. Two cups of draft beer, this arrangement is very intimate. Dinner can be arranged at 6 or 7 o'clock. The ingredients are very rich. The abalone is delicious, and the Kumano and the cattle are delicious. Every time the staff at the meal has an explanation, although the communication is difficult, but the squatting is very dedicated to using Google translate translation than mine. The service is really unbearable.
I originally bought the plum wine and planned to drink in the room. I was worried about how to ask them to drink ice cubes. I knew that as soon as I entered the room, there was a large edible ice bucket to place the cabinet. I immediately felt that the hotel was really intimate!
The second morning breakfast can be picked at 9 o'clock, because we plan to get up and soak in the hot spring again, breakfast is also rich, eat to take a belly room.
Overall, this experience is good, it is worth recommending!

XwaAverage value for money!
1. The room had a 🈚️ shower! Even though I booked a comfortable ocean view room for over ¥2000/night, the room didn't have a shower. I had to go to the large public bath to shower...
2. The room was poorly cleaned...
The teacups in the tea set were never washed (tea stains on the cups 🈶).
3. The breakfast, highly recommended on Xiaohongshu... was very, very average.
Sorry! It was really average!
4. Getting around was inconvenient... Not having a car was a bit of a hassle, 🤔🤔.
5. The room facilities were trying to be Japanese-style, but there's a lot of room for improvement...
6. No swimming pool
No swimming pool
No swimming pool /
I repeat, the hotel amenities list says -🈶!
7. There's no drinking water in the shower room; you have to get dressed and go to the lobby to drink!
8. The paid laundry service is terrible!
Two 20-minute cycles, even in the summer, clothes can't be dried (the washing machine's inner tub is dirty).
7, mostly Chinese guests.
yyds, other,
Two free bikes available for rent!
The mattress, cups, and pillows are very comfortable!
The hotel is in a quiet location!
Pick-up service is provided!

NMN18000Great location just right next to the beach. My booking is a bit rush and so missed the half-board package with wonderful meals. However, free flows of deinks at the lobby is good. Onsens are very huge and beautiful with excellent shower heads

QizhuonainiuheniunaiyeGreat accommodation experience. I thought that a B&B hotel with a price of more than 200 yuan a night should not be very good, but it was higher than expected.
The location is actually OK. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to Shirahama Beach. It is also very close to the bus station. You can walk there in three to five minutes.
Back to the hotel itself, the room is actually quite large, which is more than enough for one or two people. It is a tatami with a quilt on top. The air-conditioning and the bathroom are quite clean. Although it is an older hotel, it is really clean. It feels like living in Nobita Nobi's house.
The attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. The old grandfather and grandmother are very patient. They lent me the charger immediately when I forgot to bring it.
It is worth mentioning that Shirahama Onsen has a large bathhouse and an open-air shower. It is very suitable for couples to travel or group travel. It is a bit hairy to live alone hahahaha.
Overall, it is highly recommended. I will choose this hotel if I have the opportunity to come to Shirahama next time. Keep it up.

Beautiful Ryokan! The room I stayed in had tatami floors and western beds. The doors slide instead of open outwards like they usually do. Toilets are relatively small, but the shower had great water pressure and temperature! However we did not shower much because.. We showered at the Onsen instead since we were there to spend time! The Onsen is tattoo-friendly as confirmed by the check in staff, and the water really had skin smoothing effects. Yukatas are available at lobby area for all guests, and level two has a restaurant with microwave and ice machine outside for your konbini meals. No view from the room, but that's fine cos the Onsen itself was worth a visit. Steep short hill up to the lobby, but if you drive then that's fine. Free to use outdoor BBQ area, but didn't have the chance to. Rooms were comfy, sleep was good with minimal disturbance. Side note: my underwear got stolen at the onsen and I never managed to find it back again but that's fine cos it was worth the Onsen experience. Stayed two nights here, no regrets, would totally do it again! Oh and Onsen area has got numbered lockers to store your belongings but not your undies!

You definitely need a car to stay at this hotel, and the check-in area is not in the same building; you have to go up a bit. However, the staff are all very helpful and nice. Another big issue is that there aren't many restaurants nearby. For dinner, there's only one restaurant, and you have to check if it's open, or you can cook yourself, but the supermarket isn't close. At night, there are very few streetlights, so it's quite dark.
The room needs the beds to be made.

By making a reservation for check-in in advance, I was able to borrow the key smoothly. Although it is far from the information center, it is easy to find. Since I used it for motorcycle touring, there was a garage with an electric shutter on the first floor, which gave me a sense of security. There are restaurants far away, but they have tableware and cooking utensils, so I was able to shop at Toretore Market and a drugstore and have a drink at home, which was very satisfying.

Grampus Shirahama A modest hotel right near the ocean. The room was clean, but the air conditioning was all dirty. I wouldn’t want to stay here in summer. The breakfast was nearly the same as in every other hotel in Japan, though the grilled fish was a bit stale. The dining room has a wonderful view over the ocean. The staff almost didn’t speak English but tried to help anyways. Plus: the hotel has its own onsen. Minus: no bathroom in the rooms, only toilets on the floor, no shower.

Guest UserIt was very clean and nice.
The amenities were minimal. There was a toothbrush.
I used the hot springs, so I didn't use the bath.
The hot springs are a distance away by bus or car. Therefore, you need to bring your own bath set and bath towel, so I think it's a good idea for those traveling with minimal luggage to bring a plastic bag or something similar.
