Superb service and incredibly friendly staff! Finding the hotel was very straightforward, and having free parking was excellent. The room was in perfect condition and breakfast was great. Will definitely be a returning guest!

Couldn't get a room at Kaishu or Shiraraso, so I just booked this place randomly, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! The location is convenient, right next to Shiraraso, so you can just walk through to the beach. There's a bus stop right outside (it's hard to get a taxi in Shirahama), and a 24-hour Aeon supermarket where you can buy fruits, vegetables, toothbrushes, and slippers. I was misled by the name; it's not a small inn, but a proper hotel. The front desk gave us a high-floor corner room with two windows overlooking the sea. There's free beef soup after 9 pm, and you can send luggage via Yamato Transport at the gift shop opposite the front desk. Breakfast was also plentiful.

Very convenient location right by the beach and friendly staff. We came early for check in but they had a changing area for people to change into swimsuits to take full advantage of the beach and they held our bags before we checked in. Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast buffets and they had a great variety of Japanese and western dishes to choose from. The guest room was a great size and very clean with a good view of the ocean. We also took full advantage of the onsen which was wonderful. My only complaint would be is that check in was later (4 pm) and check out is earlier (10 am) than is typical so we had to eat breakfast pretty fast to make it. Otherwise, our stay was great!

The bus stop is right outside, making transportation very convenient. The hotel is flanked by the sea on both sides, offering great views. The hotel buffet food is a bit ordinary. A negative point is that the hotel doesn't offer luggage storage, which is quite inconvenient.

Room was comfortable, had a sea view, there was another hotel in between us and the sea, but nevertheless it was beautiful to be beside the sea. Breakfast was tardy, staff were friendly, Onsen was big split over two floors with the highlight for me being the outdoor pool on the first floor

Great location just right next to the beach. My booking is a bit rush and so missed the half-board package with wonderful meals. However, free flows of deinks at the lobby is good. Onsens are very huge and beautiful with excellent shower heads
