Our recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of superb. There are three highlights that made our stay truly unforgettable: 1. Exceptional Culinary Surprise: We were deeply touched by the hotel's generosity in providing a complimentary upgrade to the prestigious ”Tsuiyama Blue Label Crab” set. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey. 2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge ”AO” on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever. 3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence. If you are looking for a sanctuary that combines luxury, nature, and heartfelt service, Ujo Soan is the only choice. We cannot wait to return.

Very close to the hot spring station, there is a welcome bus, convenient to stay. There is a handsome waiter who understands English in the hotel. The communication is very convenient, the service is good, and it is worth staying.

這酒店太讓人驚喜了，獨自日本自由行這次主要選擇一泊二食温泉酒店，迷上這樣泡温泉吃精心準備的料理的度假方式。很多温泉酒店的一人套餐都是小房間，大房間基本上都是兩人套餐，這個酒店頂層套房有兩間提供一人套餐真的太好了，而且不是純日式榻榻米，我睡不習慣，是新裝修的和洋式，比名氣大一點的佳松苑和靜花扇的房好太多了．酒店位於夕日浦木津温泉站，特別提醒，這個站沒有任何公共交通，必須讓酒店接站，我頭一天把到達時間告訴攜程客服幫我約好了，這裏的酒店都會接站，也可到站打電話等個十分鐘左右酒店車會來。下午三點辦入住，二點半左右讓我去房間了，大堂一般但房間超出預期的漂亮，一線海景，設計合理，佈置優雅，設施優質，最出彩的設計是套房有個小餐廳與房間分隔，房間裏就不會有菜味了，高桌子非常舒服，比城崎西村屋在房裡吃好太多了。温泉熱度剛好，泡着温泉看海景太愉快了。晚餐是蟹料理，誠意十足，量很大質量也好，直接蟹肉當飯吃了，早餐簡單了點，沒有牛奶提供。十一點退房，在這個用心打造的房間裏超級享受，沒有出過酒店的門。酒店的日本顧客很多，也有外國人慕名前來，有外國員工，接待沒有問題，服務熱情周到。這個温泉小鎮很安靜有海邊沙灘，但旅遊商業幾乎沒有，來這都是到各家酒店享受海景、温泉和料理。沒有温泉商業街，適合自駕。另外可以早上去天橋立景點遊覽吃午飯然後到這裏住酒店，比天橋立那邊酒店的餐好海景好，不要晚到，下午5點天就黑了看不到海了。

This place blew us away. The location was close to the beach where we had a swim and the onsen at the location was the finest I had ever experienced. The room had a tatami area for sleeping and a little dining and cooking nook that we ended up using each day. The meals at the various restaurants were delicious and accompanied by stunning views of the hills and sea. We had such a restful time here that we would definitely wish to return.

A bit expensive, but everything else is good. Our family has three people living in a room, which is a bit crowded, and the room fee is more than 15,000. There is one large hot spring bathroom and five small ones, and the hardware is relatively simple. When the crabs are in season, they are indeed sweet and plump, which is rare. Just treat it as a crab set meal for 4,000 RMB per person, and leave the rest More than 3,000 yuan is used as room fee and hot spring fee. The check-in and check-out times are very unreasonable. You can only check in after 15:00 and check out at 10:00 in the morning. The whole check-in experience is very rushed and it is difficult to relax. There are no other stores or places to visit around, which is a bit desolate. The transportation is very inconvenient, so you can almost only go there by chartering a car. Everyone knows that the price of chartering a car in Japan is very expensive! It cost almost 20,000 yuan. A family of three spent 29 hours traveling from Kyoto and back.

近くのビーチで遊んだ帰りに宿泊させていただきました。一棟貸しなので、洗濯機があると尚ありがたかったです。 夜はBBQをしましたが、虫除けを準備し忘れて、蚊の餌食になりました。 が、室内にフライパンもあっあので室内に移動して中で焼肉をしました。 調味料が豊富にありました。 ロケーションは釣り好きの子供たちには最高で、朝早くに起きて釣りにいけるのがよかったです。 またそのビーチに行く際は泊まりたいと思いました。 今度は虫除けスプレーを準備していきます!

A truly beautiful hotel! Everything from the architecture to the view outside the windows is top-notch. The staff are polite and welcoming, and even though we don't speak much Japanese, they patiently explain everything to us. The rooms are full of thoughtful touches, and there are plenty of complimentary drinks and amenities. If I ever come to visit Japan again, I'll definitely bring my family to stay here for longer. ありがとうございます♪

The breakfast is very rich! ! There is its own parking lot. If you take a train, the hotel has a free bus to pick you up. Particularly user-friendly, the service is very good, facing the sea, there are cherry blossoms on the road at the door, not alone, especially suitable for taking pictures. Matsuba crab cuisine is top-notch. Mainly cheaper. The open-air hot springs are not big but very delicate. Watching the sunset is the best in Japan. However, the staff has good English and ready translation software. Also, prepare more cash! !

Quiet Area, nice enviroment, great hotel. We love the place, hope to come back in my future visit this area. Initially we booked the bunk bed room and we didn't noticed that this room doesn't come with the in room bathroom, and the receptionist very helpful and explain to us that the toilet and bathroom are outside and shower need to go up another floor, we though was inconvenience for us and she let us look at the other room types and let us exchange the room. We really appreciate her help and unconditioned service. Thank you Kissuien Stay&Food. We did enjoy our dinner in the hotel restaurant and the foods is stunning. Our family love it very much. We also enjoy our breakfast in the hotel too. we love both breakfast and dinner.

The meal was delicious. The staff at the restaurant was very good. The room was large and the futon was comfortable. The refrigerator is shared, so I feel like I'm training a little. The surroundings are dark at night.
