We really enjoyed our stay here. The room (Suzukaze) was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were top class, especially the staff who explained each dish with so much interest. And the onsen was so good, we didn’t feel like leaving!

This stay at this hot spring hotel was incredibly satisfying, from the food and rooms to the onsen facilities! First, the restaurant's buffet was amazing, especially the huge bowl of fresh snow crab legs, the freshly made sashimi seafood bowl, along with Japanese side dishes and curry rice—a wide selection and excellent quality. The breakfast was equally excellent; the grilled salmon, tamagoyaki, bacon, and egg dishes were all delicious and very satisfying. The rooms were traditional Japanese tatami rooms, spacious and comfortable, with snowy views from the windows. Waking up to a pure white winter scene was fantastic. The amenities and cleanliness of the room were impeccable, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The public bath is also highly recommended! The onsen space was spacious and clean; relaxing in the warm water was pure bliss. Overall, this stay was wonderful. Whether you want to enjoy a delicious seafood meal, soak in the onsen, or experience the cozy Japanese atmosphere, it's definitely worth a return visit. I'd love to stay here again!

I visited in early June and stayed for 2 nights. It turned from sunny to cloudy that day. Unfortunately, I didn't see the sunset. The lake view was beautiful. It was very hot in the room that day. I turned on the air conditioner but there was no wind at all, so I opened the window and just turned on the air conditioner. The wind was not blowing in from the direction of the window and we were sweating all the time. We had to call the front desk to ask if we could change rooms, but the answer was no, even though we had just arrived in the room. The front desk said they could provide electric fans, so we used them for 2 days, but it was really hot and it was very difficult to sleep at night because the quilt and bed were thick. I kept sweating while lying on them, and my face and body were sticky and itchy. Yes, people coming in summer should pay attention to air conditioning issues. It would be better to go there in autumn or winter.

It's a bit old, but the reception and restaurant staff are very polite and considerate. This hotel, which is rare for a super hotel, does not have a large public bath. The restaurant environment is a bit like a school cafeteria with people sitting in rows. The reception desk is quite narrow and close to the elevator and the pillows are quickly used up. The public environment is generally good. There are ample parking spaces available at several locations close to the hotel. The price is reasonable at 600 yen per night. It is about 40 minutes one way from Abashiri. I chose this hotel because it is really cheap and hard to find in Abashiri. It is a good choice for self-driving tourists with limited budget.

It's quiet and very easy to spend It's a little far from the city center, but it's not the place to take a taxi, but is it difficult to walk on a smooth road in winter?

It is not possible or not except that the toilet was not a washlet. The lights on the table in the room were not turned on.

駅近し、ホテル名が大きく掲示されていてすぐわかるのですごく助かりましが。部屋も清潔で判りやすくて問題なかったです。できれば、グラスだけでなくマグカップがあると暖かいスープなどをそれで飲めたので、欲しかったです。名物ということでオニオンスープを買ったので早速部屋で飲んでみたかったのですが、お湯は手に入るけれど、カップがないので諦めました。

Room is quite small, price is right with facilities and equipment, in a quiet place. Good for rest.
