"Last night, I stayed at an economy chain hotel. The hardware of this hotel is definitely very qualified. I booked two rooms respectively. When I checked in, my room did not include breakfast, so I paid extra for breakfast. Later, my friend could not check in to the other room because the flight from Sapporo to Megumi was cancelled. I contacted Ctip.com customer service to ask if I could cancel for free, but was rejected. Usually, if you book directly at the hotel and the flight is cancelled, you can cancel for free, so I don’t know whether it is the hotel that does not allow cancellation or Ctip’s reason."

"Hotel that’s close to perfection! Really lives up to the Tsuruga top notch brand name . The hotel is ideally located right at the edge of Lake Saroma and all rooms have uninterrupted lake views. The sunset views were incredible . You can chose to enjoy it from the comfort of your room or take a stroll down the beach right in front of the hotel but the sand flies at the beach can be bothersome. The room I booked was newly renovated and huge by Japanese standards , with a separate living area. Meals were held in a big dining hall facing the lake. Dinner was especially scrumptious. Every guest get a big serving of fresh crab, scallops, oysters, prawns and abalone in addition to the usual buffet fare. The onsen was comfortable. There is even a billiards table, table tennis and even floor curling for your entertainment! All staff were friendly and courteous. Some have passable English communication skills. Overall an excellent hotel that I would highly recommend."

"It was about a 10-minute walk from Kitami Station, and the roads were easy to follow and accessible. It was a good deal even though it was the summer season, and the fact that there was a small bath was great for washing off the sweat. The room was a single Japanese-style room, but the futon was already laid out, so I was able to lie down right away. With this type of room, the toilet is shared and not in the room, but it is still reasonably priced. I stayed with a plan that included breakfast, and the breakfast was a single plate of Japanese food, and the rice was free to serve from the rice cooker, and it was delicious."
