micacatThe breakfast is very good and the hot spring experience is also very good. There was no one when I went there, it was just a charter. The location is right by the lake, comfortable and quiet, there is a 7-11 next to it, you can do some simple purchases. The owner of the hotel is a kind and amiable grandmother, who can recommend local activities to us in simple English. I am very grateful to her for taking care of her for a few days.

Even though this hotel isn't a villa resort, everything was impeccable. It's incredibly busy, yet perfectly managed. The dinner, in particular, was absolutely amazing, easily comparable to a Michelin-starred experience. Chef MAEDA's menu was incredibly thoughtful, with dishes that excelled in color, aroma, and taste, using top-notch ingredients. He even came out frequently to check on guest satisfaction, which was a lovely touch. It's truly worth revisiting! The private onsen in the room was so comfortable; we used it several times a day, soaking while enjoying the sea view. ♨️

The hotel is very comfortable and hygienic, the room is very spacious, the boss is also very polite, there are many taverns and canteens around, the convenience store is about 200 meters, about 15 minutes walk from Haogen Station, half an hour walk from Wuhu, Haogen eradication outside the city, You can also visit Wuhu and Saohe Mountain City. You can take a tram to visit the Battle of Guanyuan in half an hour. Especially the viewing of the exhibition hall is worth enjoying. It is less than an hour from Kyoto by tram. Friends interested in Japanese history and culture are worth a visit.

Very complete service More than being just a business hotel, there are extra pillows to pick up for free. A lot of types to choose from. Very comfortable pajamas There are various cream lotion. and facial masks,5 pieces per person per night,rich breakfast,the door of the room is a code lock,only 5 minutes away from the train station,7-eleven is right next to it

Guest UserWe stayed at Villa Costa during our Biwaichi tour. The hotel was perfect for this, as it's close to the lake and easily reachable from Kyoto by bicycle in a day. The room was very clean, and they provided plenty of toiletries like skin creams. The bathroom also had a bathtub, which was very relaxing after a long day of cycling. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, and even though it's a romantic hotel, we didn't hear any unpleasant noises or anything like that. All in all, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Recommended for those who value cost performance. It's perfect for solo travelers. However, please consider it to be equivalent to the age of the building. To put it bluntly, it has a Showa feel. The behavior of the employees is not bad. They will lend you a bicycle to go to the convenience store.
