Nanni was very helpful communicating timing and helping us to get parked which is slightly difficult due to switchbacks . Once we arrived, we had an amazing view and shortcut walk through a tunnel, gardens, and stairs to the heart of the city. The food was amazing and the restaurant he suggested was “primo” at the Piazza and the restaurant Osteria Imperfecta‼️I recommend that you stay a few nights since quite nice‼️

This was, without a doubt, the best place we stayed during our entire trip. While the room and bathroom were cozy, it hardly mattered because everything else was simply magnificent. The location is perfect—tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of the beautiful old district of Ragusa Ibla. The owner was one of the kindest and most helpful people we've ever met, always ready with useful information. The shared spaces are an absolute dream; the jacuzzi is perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring, and the Zen pool is a wonderfully tranquil spot to relax in the afternoon. But the absolute highlight was the breakfast. It was on another level—truly top-notch and unlike anything you'll find anywhere else. We cannot recommend this gem of a place enough!

The hotel is located in the center between the older part of the city (Ragusa Ibla) and the newer higher part of the city (Ragusa Superiore) not quite at the bottom of the steps… a perfect location. The hotel is small and very stylishly decorated. We loved it. The staff (Vincenzo) is super nice and very helpful and attentive. He prepared an excellent breakfast of local meats and cheeses and breads and spreads. Delicious. Our room had a wonderful view and a little terrace. The public spaces and terraces on top have amazing views as well. It’s a great place. We wanted to stay!

Awesome country hotel, convenient parking, good environment, very rich breakfast, freshly squeezed juice, and nuts. The room is spacious and can cook. It is the most comfortable to eat these days. It will not be salted outside and eat a lot of vegetable leaves. Highly recommended to stay! Upstairs and downstairs can accommodate five people.

This place is located in the core area of Lagusa. After opening the balcony, the night view is particularly beautiful. Basically, it is the most beautiful one that can be photographed. One of the scenes of this place, and then the front desk lady service is also very good. Uh, near the hotel, there is a uh, free parking lot, Very close to that ztl area

Very recommended to live here, if you drive, the room is very new at the highest point to see the view, very holiday feeling, breakfast is very rich, the staff is also very kind

I spent a wonderful 3-day stay with my wife at the Erem. The staff is available, courtesy and prepared; the location is simply fabulous: you note the respect of the original structure and the surrounding nature. Breakfast is 10! Central location compared to all the sites of greater interest. If we only move a note, we believe the bathroom should be renovated while respecting the original atmosphere. We will surely return. P. S. : The Arab fountain that crosses almost the entire structure would deserve to be studied in the hydraulic engineering faculties!

Overall a very nice place to stay. Frienfly staff, good location. We spent 10 wonderful days here... a couple of things to mention for future bookings. The private beach is not free although no extra charge mentioned on the website (20 euros/day!). We have not been told that if you wish to have clean towels for the pool it also comes with extra charge per day. The safe in the room isnt free to use either. Im very glad we did breakfast only in the hotel as the food is very repetetive (if you are a meat lover its a big no no). Plenty of cakes, different kinda bread options but not much esle. For 35euros/person its better to sit in s restaurant on the beach! The secure carpark is very good if you renting a car, the pool is great and well mainained. We had a great time!

Hotel in posizione centralissima, pulizia impeccabile e cortesia dello staff. Purtroppo sono andato in periodo di forti restrizioni dovute al covid, pertanto non ho potuto valutare a pieno la struttura. Nel complesso molto soddisfatto, sicuramente ci ritornerei. Ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo
