TTravelling travellerWe loved this place. It's in the centre and walking distance to all restaurants and sites. It's best to inform the B&B of the time you will arrive because it's a self check in place, and you need a code to access the property. You only get the code once you go inside. There is a number outside, but its best to give them a heads up so that you are not left out.

GGuest UserA 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful!
We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass.
Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!

LLinhNg93Great location for a short day trip to Pisa as it is right opposite Pisa Centrale Station. Plenty of good restaurants around the hotel. The male receptionist who checked us in last night was quite cold but the lady receptionist today was very nice. She offered us to use the washroom after check-out and before heading out to the station. Hotels don’t give you free bottle of water though so just a reminder to buy your own.

AA.ChoyThis is my second stay at this hotel. It offers an affordable price and ample parking, making it very convenient for independent travelers. While its exterior might not immediately impress, the hotel itself is comfortable and clean. A short path from the hotel's restaurant leads directly to the beach, allowing you to soak in the natural ambiance. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.

MMissDZOverall it is good, the room is spacious and not crowded at all, and the bathroom is quite large. The heating in the room is adequate, so you have to lower the temperature when you come in. Breakfast is charged separately, not particularly rich, there are many types of bread but no leafy greens, and coffee is exquisite. There is a free pizza map in the shop, there is a free parking lot, open air but very safe. Drive to the Leaning Tower of Pisa in less than ten minutes.

Chambre nettoyée tous les jours, très spacieuse, serviettes fournies. Boissons proposées à la vente à bon prix accompagné de chips. Personnel très gentil. Et petit déjeuner très bon (jambon, fromage, oeufs brouillés, tartines, nutella et confitures, gâteaux, jus, café, lait, céréales,...). Excellent hôtel.

The front desk is also very standardized, all dressed in suits, very polite and friendly, and good English. The most beautiful is the top of the hotel room, which has a bit of the feeling of a wooden house on the Norwegian side, because it may be an old house with wooden beams rebuilt, but it looks better. The hot water in the bath is also very hot. There is no elevator. We have a lot of boxes. The front desk changed us to a low-floor room~ and the heating seems to be turned off in the middle of the night. Many hotels here seem to be like this in order to save costs but it will not be cold at night.
The breakfast is also quite rich, it is a normal continental breakfast, basically all.

The room is the smallest in which I have been in all my life, literally bed and the right step to pass, but the bathroom was refurbished and everything was clean.
