Hotels with balcony in Pisa

The location is very good, you can indeed see the leaning tower on the balcony. There are many types of breakfast, but the quality is really not high. There was a plate of fruit that no one moved. I took a fruit with my hand and found that the second half was moldy.

Hotel is good, it was half empty and the placed us right in the middle of a teenager group trip. Reception didn't seem to care about the noise or the door slammed even a speaker with music till 12 pm. Had to wake up early to go to the airport but i wasn't necessary because neither of us slept😪.

The environment and experience was very nice and friendly and all facilities you would need separate for everyone. Although, obviously a bit tight for size because it’s a small camping setup but it worked well for us. Very comfortable and quite close to the Tower and other sights.

Good point: 1. Good location very close to Pisa Central Station, more than ten minutes walk to the airport. 2. The hotel owner is very warm and the service is very good, and there is no problem with staying at night. 3. The public bathroom is relatively clean and has not encountered crowding. Bad points: 1. The room is far from as shown in the picture. It is given a room on the ground floor near the garden. It is damp and musty. There is no light at all. There are mosquitoes. The bedding is a combination of thin sheets and blankets. Chinese people may not be used to sleeping. 2. Breakfast with small bread and jam, about equal to no, coffee is OK. Summary: As a passing hotel for one night, it is still ok.

Having read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though. Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices.

The location of the hotel is fabulous and the room itself was beautiful. It’s amazing to step outside your room and see the tower right there! Unfortunately I found the staff at check in to be fairly rude and not very helpful; I felt like I was annoying him by checking in. I booked this hotel specifically because it has air conditioning but it didn’t work and since the hotel staff go home in the evening there was nobody to help and we were unable to sleep due to the heat. Even though the location was amazing I probably wouldn’t book here again.

Very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a five-minute walk. The accommodation is clean and there is no elevator, and free parking is not guaranteed.

No elevator,and have to carry our big luggage up to third floor....😅😅 staff is friendly ❤️

The room is simple and charming. The breakfast is very rich, the key is that the view of the small garden on the balcony is beautiful, and the enjoyment is refreshing.
