"We had a very pleasant stay here! The host Verdiana was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The room facilities are very modern and brand new. There are two rooms on each floor. There is a pantry on each floor that provides water, juice, packaged bread, sauce, etc., even if you don't pay extra for breakfast. If the landlord is present, you can pay the city tax when you check in. If the landlord is not present, you will need to leave city tax cash tied to the room. The location is close to the airport and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the central station."

What a fantastic little place. Honestly one of the nicest rooms I’ve had, especially for this price. They thought of everything: slippers, lots of coffee, beautiful lighting. And of course the location is amazing. Not only right by the leaning tower of Pisa but also close to everything you need. Staff were amazing too and they dealt with our few little issues (probably teething issues) Very quickly. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

The environment and experience was very nice and friendly and all facilities you would need separate for everyone. Although, obviously a bit tight for size because it’s a small camping setup but it worked well for us. Very comfortable and quite close to the Tower and other sights.

The location of the hotel is fabulous and the room itself was beautiful. It’s amazing to step outside your room and see the tower right there! Unfortunately I found the staff at check in to be fairly rude and not very helpful; I felt like I was annoying him by checking in. I booked this hotel specifically because it has air conditioning but it didn’t work and since the hotel staff go home in the evening there was nobody to help and we were unable to sleep due to the heat. Even though the location was amazing I probably wouldn’t book here again.
