GGuest UserWe stayed for 1 night where we booked executive room.The room though a little small is very clean and well maintained.The staff are polite and helpful.But the highlight was the excellent dinner.The taste of the soup,chicken satay,mixed fried rice and custard caramel still lingers..it was one of the best dinners that we have had.The breakfast was simple but tasty.I would definitely recommend this place ,can book deluxe room instead of executive if more space requires

GGuest UserIt's a beautiful property in police bazar. Rooms are big, much bigger than marriott and vivanta, service is wonderful. Breakfast can be improved.

GGuest UserEverything was quite good. The dining hall staff very helpful and the food was very good. A few suggestions: 1. A box of tissues in the room
2. A few more toiltery items like shower caps etc would be useful

GGuest UserBest in shillong. But the lady manager is very cunning. Never hire hotel cab from them. They will charge you double. Other than than everything is fine. Internet here is having an issue as it connects and again gets disconnected.

GGuest UserAs per rate the hotel should be deluxe. But it looks like a normal village hotel. Cleaning is very very poor. So many insects and rats are moving inside the room.
