赵赵On the top of a beautiful hill in the center of the city, there are many ancient buildings nearby. The hotel has three accommodations and three restaurants, all adjacent to each other. The breakfast is very good, and the Asian dishes in the MANDALAY restaurant are also very good. The price/performance ratio is much better than other hotels in Shillong.

GGuest UserStarting from the location, the ark guesthouse is located in a neighborhood where restaurants, shops, public transport, etc is quite accessible. Its a safe choice as well as not too chaotic. The interiors are very pretty, and the guesthouse is quite aesthetic. Rooms are as clean as they could be. Aptly lit, and very airy. The staff is super helpful, courteous and accommodating. Excellent place for the cost they're charging.

GGuest UserIt's a beautiful property in police bazar. Rooms are big, much bigger than marriott and vivanta, service is wonderful. Breakfast can be improved.

GGuest UserEverything was quite good. The dining hall staff very helpful and the food was very good. A few suggestions: 1. A box of tissues in the room
2. A few more toiltery items like shower caps etc would be useful

GGuest UserBest in shillong. But the lady manager is very cunning. Never hire hotel cab from them. They will charge you double. Other than than everything is fine. Internet here is having an issue as it connects and again gets disconnected.

GGuest UserAs per rate the hotel should be deluxe. But it looks like a normal village hotel. Cleaning is very very poor. So many insects and rats are moving inside the room.
