Apartments are fully equipped with everything necessary. Feel like home! Very recommended for families! We're happy to return again! GGuest UserI will start with the best: The character is chic, starting from the entrance and everyone with whom we have had to interact, polite, smiley, sincerely set up to help and to meet all your adequate needs - it is just a gun, megarepspect. Come only for the night with the family, it was a forced stop, but to the hotel this relationship does not have, in the morning at breakfast we prepared the best for all the time omlet with milk, then we asked the cash, which was not and cocoa, the guy didn't even know what it was, guggled and we all did! The territory is beautiful, the road to the beach is pleasant, the rooms are beautiful! The sand on the beach is small, violinous like snow - just heaven!!
And the minus that require categorical attention:
1. The floor in the room was very dirty, we arrived late in the evening, laid the children, took a shower, went there on the room, and in the morning looked at their feet and chips. The wife took a napkin and spent on the floor - it would be better not to see 🤣
2. In the pool, very clean water, the pool itself with different depths, very comfortable - NO, in the children's, smaller, area of the pool simply cannot be located, very strongly pulls the urine out of the toilets, right smells exactly at the level of water and a meter above. If you sail to the opposite end, there everything is good, airs.
3. We have not faced a problem, but I think there are few lying on the pool and beach(8 pcs), perhaps beach lying more relevant for Europeans, then should be enough.

AAimz13I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros.
Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression.
We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice.
However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep.
We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel.
The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional.
Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website.
We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns.

GGuest UserThis resort has the potential to be good as it looks well, has a decent pool area and the rooms are well proportioned. There is just something missing in the fine detail of running a resort.
Breakfast was decent but we found dinners disappointing, particularly the risotto which was delivered cold and then seemingly microwaved when we pointed this out.
We attended a Sao Joao pool celebration which was a bit disappointing, it supposedly started at 12.30 but decorations were still going up at 1pm.
Most disappointing was when we arrived very early due to a night train arriving four hours early but we’re not offered as much as a glass of water and when we asked if our bags could be stored whilst we purchased breakfast we were told no and just to eat poolside. Saying that most other staff we dealt with were friendly.

DDanielAn absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits.
The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby.
Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

GGuest UserGreat location. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we ordered dinner from the restaurant's menu – prices were reasonable, and you could even get room service. Always hot water, the AC worked well, and the bed was large, soft, and comfortable. Drinking water was provided in the room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful with various questions. It's close to the sea, and ***** the way, there are shops, massage places, and excursions offered by Sam (highly recommend him, he took us to waterfalls and spice farms, and speaks Russian). On the beach, I recommend the cafe Samovar.

GGuest UserThe guest house look old when you see outside but clean inside. it clean more than i expect after long time travel in india. Near station 5 minutes. near market 10 minutes. Only one thing not useful when they dont have any recommend for me any contact for renting motorbike. I lost many time to find the good rent motor bike shop because a lot of scam on google map. But general All season is good location and clean. That is enough for 1 night sleep.

GGuest UserHello! Russian staff does not say, early settlement for extra fee is impossible. Staff slow, room fund is very old and dry. Unfortunately, the photos on the website correspond to hotel rooms. The hotel is completely vegetarian, the only thing that pleases is the closest location to the beach from all the hotels nearby. I'm not sure if I'll go to this hotel again and not advise friends any more.
