Me and my cousins went to The Radisson Blu Goa in March and the service was amazing!! The highlight of our trip was being greeted by the welcoming staff and getting necklaces made of shells! There are tons of activities in The Radisson Blu…..Especially the kidzone which was a really fun experience for us! Even though the “Kidzopia” is meant for kids, we enjoyed making crafts and talking with Twizel and Cecilia! Other than the kid zone the swimming pool, was where we spent time and the place where we made memories The food was excellent! The flower and ice cream below are the crafts we made and there were ***y to choose from! Dear Twizel, Cecelia and all the other staff members thank you so much for making our Goa trip so memorable!!

The one property I had not been to as yet. It was a great experience. Mr. Inzam at the reception helped us out very patiently in order to ensure that we got the rooms of our choice. The food in this property was really really good. Special mention to Mr. Sumesh and Mr Carson, who catered to all our wims and fancies. They ensured that we got everything at a moments notice. Mr Srikant was very helpful and patient driving us around in the golf carts. The kids really were well taken care of by the amazing team of Barmon, Chetna and Malvica. Very talented bunch I must say. Overall we had a great experience and will visit again. Downside I would say unlike Leela, the beach experience can be improved. Leela has better access to the beach.

It was such a wonderful experience at the resort for the last 3 days of our annual meet, and lot of memories of the same will be carried for a very long time. Beautiful location, great surrounding, clean and very friendly staff. Everything about the Hotel was exceptional, well equipped rooms, excellent area for party, very tasty food ,flawless check in, top class house keeping and F&B services at the very best. Special thanks to Ms Eugena, sales coordinator for all the support throughout our stay till check out. Looking forward to meet you all , again next year !!

A fabulous two weeks at the Dona Sylvia on a TUI package holiday. Great room (No 134 , an upstairs room kept spotlessly clean by our room steward, and apologies for forgetting your name) and with a large balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. ***y people have commented on the wonderful gardens and the spread out nature of the hotel does make you feel that you are living in your own private botanical garden, and all kept absolutely pristine by the ***y gardeners working throughout the hotel's grounds. We loved the swimming pools, the quiet pool a particular favourite. But rooms and facilities are only part of the requirements that go to making a good hotel - it is the care, dedication and friendliness of it's staff that are the essential ingredient to make a hotel truly memorable, and the Dona Sylvia has this in abundance. So ***y people help to make a holiday special and, because it is not possible to name them all, we tend not to identify individuals. However, we have to say a big thankyou to Jagdish (definately a budding mixologist) for looking after us at the poolbar. Finally a big,big thankyou to ALL of the staff for making our holiday so special and also a quick mention to Karen (TUI Rep) who, like every one at the DS always went the extra mile. Thank you again to you all, we hope to be able to come back next year.

Beleza was our last stop on our India trip, this was our pay, whatever it took to guarantee us a nice relaxing stay before the long trip back, that didn’t happen at all. We arrived and after a long day we were shown our room, which was was nice but after staying at four other hotels in the last couple of weeks it was more like a really nice travel lodge, enough there, but nothing to make you go wow. Undeterred, we went to the pool for a long needed and refreshing swim, it wasn’t as clear as I thought it should be but I’ll explain in a while. In the night we went to the beach and this really was amazing, we’d been before to this area before and it was just as nice, a quick walk down the beach and your in town, where there’s loads of different places to eat and drink. In the morning our trouble started, the wedding that was bubbling in the background really got under way and there were horns blowing , music playing loudly and the wedding party which was huge started to take over the hotel. We got some beds by the pool and minutes later the guests started to get in the pool in the clothes they were wearing in the day, we complained about this and a pair of shorts arrived at which point the male guests started to share them amongst themselves, just popping there trousers off, leaving there pants on and jumping in, I saw these shorts being passed to six different men. Children and ladies dived in with there normal clothes on and screamed constantly, after another person dived in and missed my daughter, only just, so finally I’d had enough and a lifeguard finally showed up to control things. For dinner, too escape the noise we went out the back and onto the beach, where yet again the security would not speak to my wife and daughter and actually turned his back on them, he was fine speaking to me though ? Next morning we had breakfast, kids were running wild, hygiene from the party was atrocious, picking food up with fingers, putting it back with the lids open, eating over the buffet and ***y other things. Luckily the horns, air cannons and music soon woke us up. When I went back to my sun-bed the party were already there eating over my clothes, I sat next to them, no movement, only when I asked six men to move away, they did. Some of the guests started to make remarks every time they walked past my family, with some men taking underhand photos of my teenage daughter, She went to the room to escape the gaze where for the second day the table outside the room hadn’t been cleared and the flys had started to gather, it was from all the rooms in that block. I’d had enough, I complained to the duty ***ger and literally nothing happened for three hours, eventually I arranged to speak to Richard Gomes and we spoke, I explained the ***y things that had happened and he apologised and did fix some of the issues as well as some form of co****sation but these were issues that people had already complained about and still existed on trip advisor. Very nice service and place to stay . Awesome work staff and room service. Very good food .from start to end of my trip it was no complaints for anything everything is so perfect there is no complaint Amd definitely going back to this hotel whenever I plan for Goa trip .

This is a relatively good value for money hotel. However, it is a disadvantage that it takes time because it is quite far from Old Goana Panjim. You have to take the local shuttle to Panjim and take the bus to Old Goa. Taxi fare is quite high. The internal facilities are not good and the hot water is good. When I raised the wifi problem, I immediately responded and solved it. Breakfast is good for the price.
