I had a wonderful stay at a homestay in Alleppey. The host Mickey Aunty was incredibly friendly. The location was peaceful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials and the delicious homemade breakfast, which was an authentic and flavorful experience. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone visiting Alleppey!

It was really a wonderful experience. An earth experience which is true to words. Location, ambience, service, facilities, activities are all top notch. But food taste need improvement. The taste was all average for the rate they charge. We had a dinner buffet and breakfast buffet. For the dinner buffet, there were a lot of veg options which were tasty and unique. But non veg preparations and their taste were not upto the mark. For breakfast, the sausages provided were not of that much quality. In breakfast for appam, could have provided egg roast instead of beef. Puttu was all dry. Dosa items were also not that much tasty.For continental could have provided pancakes like options. Though the presentation was beautiful, we couldn't find the food as tasty while comparing to other restaurants of cgh. Vishnu, Arun, Sarath, Anushka who lead the activities done their part beautifully and gave us memorable moments.

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

A nice, affordable hotel to stay one day on the way somewhere. Oriented mainly local. No alcohol, a pool of only 1.2 meters depth in which locals are bathed for some reason in clothes (man in t-shirts, women swimming not seen). The restaurant is also targeted at locals, but thank you very much the cook who agreed to fire the calmars just on grill, without local sauces.

I stayed in oceana residency for 2 nights. They provide us a very good familiar environment to us and very humble and good nature people. The rooms were at their best, clean with full of all the essentials. They also help us for planning our tour in allephuza.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The interior of the rooms are quite intriguing with antique design and comfortable bed and enough space to play around with kids. Most suitable for family stay. The architecture of the whole place is impressive and all the detailing on the decorations, even the bookshelf, bed, lamps, vase. All of them are so good that i wanted to ask them where they bought all the decoratives from. The pool was pretty clean. But wished there were swim rings for kids as well. And also there isn't any parking space inside the compound but the vehicles can be parked outside where they've made space. Well behaved and friendly staffs there wasn't anything to complain about.

I recently stayed at Time Square Hotel and had a mostly enjoyable experience. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day. However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team. In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests
