Best resort to relax . Enjoy sunrise in the backwater .. Fishing can be done. Best breakfast... Comfortable bed . Staffs would give all support and care to make your stay pleasant. Especially Mr. Vivek in maintenance department has been so helpful

We had a pleasant stay.enjoyed very well.the food was also very tasty.the staff was so friendly and courteous. We stayed for one night and a day But felt like every vacation we must visit this place.there a lot of variety in breakfast and all meals

We had a very warm welcome by the hotel staff. The staff was very cooperative and courteous. They upgraded our room without any extra cost. Food was also tasty and delicious. Overall it was a very relaxing stay here with vembanad lake in front. Woukd surely recommend this property. Room was beautiful and so was the view from the room.

Calm restful place in nature on the banks of the lake, had a lovely time and very helpful staff, swimming pool is no longer infinity, water can be clearer, food buffet is sufficient, nothing to drool on, else ala carte if lower occupancy

One of the best resorts in Alappey. All crew was very humble and polite especially abhijith. The stay was awesome. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very neat and tidy. The pool water could have been a little more clean.

Completely Disappointed. Property is not at all maintained and their services are very poor. There ain't even any power backup. They are charging like a five star and giving services like a lodge. Rooms are smelling ac remote doesn't work. Price is too high... Buffet is not there. If you are being illusiond by the name lemon tree.. then hold on for a moment and think again.. never go for this property. Cheaper and better alternative will be available than this

The property is very beautiful and right beside the lake. The view from the room is surreal. The entire staff is extremely courteous and helpful. They went out of the way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Will definitely visit the property again.

Good restaurant and staff but property condition is very bad. Lacks maintenance and the bathroom was in really shabby condition. Hallways had beds stacked up. General upkeep very ppor. Other better properties are available at similar rates.
