The room I chose was the cheapest, first come with sign and telephone number with ID photo, no deposit. Got a room on the ground floor but the one facing the wall was disappointed, I asked to change rooms and was agreed to get a room on the 2nd floor, but still facing the wall, but there was a little light coming in, it's okay, maybe I ordered a cheap room. Even though guests who check in can be counted, we hope to get a good view. This facility is the best, maybe I will come here again next time. There are 2 small bottles of mineral water, tea coffee sugar + drinking water heater, shampoo + soap, toothpaste + toothbrush, towels per guest, clean minimal dust in the room I stayed in, TV with Kvision channels, only the WiFi is slow and the bathroom lights not very bright, there is a telephone, minus the TV, even the smallest sound is already noisy :( . So the first choice for staying overnight.

The hotel I stayed at this time was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. The hotel breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back next time.

The service here is not satisfying. On my first day, my room was not cleaned at all, even though I clearly hung the housekeeping tag on the door. The next morning, I explicitly asked the receptionist to have my room cleaned before I went out. They told me it was too early for the housekeeping crew but assured me they would clean it as soon as they were available. However, when I returned to the hotel around 3 PM, my room was still untouched! On the bright side, the breakfast food is okay, and they serve delicious kwey tiao. The location is also good, there is a cheap, 24-hour self-service laundromat nearby, and plenty of street food vendors nearby serving great food.

The location is strategic. It helps a lot to go around Bandung. Near from PVJ and some viral caffes or restaurants in Bandung. The parking space needs to improve. Because guests who drive the car will be difficult to park thier cars especially during high seasson. The ambiance is comfy with the oldiest ornaments around the hotel. Eazy to get meal for breakfast if you don't book the hotel with BF. Overall, it is still chooseable for staying 1-3 nights at maximum

The hotel's location is very strategic, and overall, my stay was quite pleasant. However, there are a few areas that could be improved, especially regarding comfort. The room wasn't soundproof enough, so noise from the hallway and the street was quite audible and could disturb my rest. Additionally, bathroom cleanliness needs more attention, as there were still some black mold stains. The pillows also didn't smell very fresh; it would be more comfortable if their cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. Lastly, amenities, especially liquid soap, should be fully stocked. I hope this feedback can be used for evaluation to improve service quality in the future. Thank you.

The hotel location is good if one is travelling using the train or will use the tol highway. The bed is comfy, the room with a mountain view is awesome. Breakfast is modest. But the toilet needs some extra cleaning to do away with mildew and stains. Hotel staff overall are helpful.

While the place is a bit far from downtown, the location is actually very strategic since it's right near the Pasteur Toll Exit and Maranatha University. There are plenty of food stalls nearby, and it’s a huge plus being so close to the viral Kame Bakehouse and a Makmur Jaya Coffee outlet. The stay was decent, but the amenities definitely need an upgrade. Even though there were two towels in the room, they only provided one slipper and one toothbrush. It was a bit inconvenient, so hopefully, they can be more consistent with their room setups in the future!

The hotel is inside a residential neighborhood, and reaching there is a bit complicated, however the property itself is quite spacious. The rooms is big however not well maintained, the toilets not very clean without any amenities, but with towels. It's reasonably priced, however not recommended for tourist both for its odd location and cleaness of the bathroom
