"It's conveniently located about 500 meters from PVJ. It's a pleasant walk there – a good opportunity for some light exercise – especially since driving means taking a detour due to the one-way street in front of the hotel. The hotel is a bit older, but its location is quite strategic and it seems to be quite popular with guests. Check-in was smooth; they even let us check in early, which was great. No deposit was required, and check-out was also very quick. The standard room was adequate for 3 people, and surprisingly, even fit our family of 4 (myself and three teenagers). The cleanliness was decent enough. For a one or two-night stay, it's perfectly fine."

The service was attentive and efficient. However, I noticed a scarcity of toiletries provided. For business travelers, it may be essential to have items like razors and combs. Additionally, the provision of only two 600 ml water bottles for two persons (I was alone) is insufficient. While these minor inconveniences may not be significant, they are not expected in an IHG hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory, offering a variety of choices. However, I observed some overcrowding and mismanagement due to the high volume of guests. As my stay was only a day, I cannot ascertain if this is a general trend during breakfast. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and intend to return in the future."
