Hotels with Parking in Samarinda

They have a spacious room. but i didn't know why I have to pay an upgrade charge for a room-switch from a smoking room to a non smoking room of the same type.

The hotel is quite good and clean, the rooms are also quite clean. The hotel staff is friendly and the facilities are quite good. Close enough to the city area.
