Hotels with Breakfast in Samarinda

1. The air-conditioning unit was old and not performing efficiently 2. The shower head was old and not functioning properly 3. There was no automatic door shutter 4. Only the pool was open, all other facilities were closed due to Eid Al Fitr, not acceptable for foreign visitors. 5. The whole building's air conditioning system has to be upgraded. Even in common areas, it did not function well

The hotel is quite good and clean, the rooms are also quite clean. The hotel staff is friendly and the facilities are quite good. Close enough to the city area.

Overall good.. please pay attention to the input for bed linen. Because I feel itchy, do guests always change it... 🙏

Senang rasanya bisa menginap disini. Ini pertama kali saya bertindak sebagai memesan hotel dan mengatur operasional dll untuk liburan bersama teman-teman saya. Hotel yang sudah tidak asing lagi terdengar di kota Samarinda. Pelayanan sangat ramah.

Worth it atau nggak? Ini pengalaman jujurku nginep di Horison Samarinda 👀 ✨ lobby bersih ✨ lokasi oke ✨ cocok buat short stay Tapi jujur menurutku kamarnya agak kurang kedap suara jadi lumayan berisik 😭 Dan sempat ada pengalaman pas pesan nasi goreng di resto, aromanya kurang enak jadi kami complain. Untungnya respon dari pihak hotel cepat banget 🙌 Makanan langsung diganti, manager-nya juga datang minta maaf langsung, bahkan kami dikasih compliment cake red velvet pas sudah balik ke kamar 😭✨ Menurutku ini nilai plus sih karena mereka mau handle complaint dengan baik. Overall: 7/10 buat pengalaman nginep singkat di Samarinda ✨

Baguuus bangunan baru.. ada smart tv walau agak sempit. Tp kamar terang benderang lobby ok. Sarapan aja kurang bgt better gausah ambil paket bf kalo disini. Maaf gambar ga sesuai
