Untungnya respon dari pihak hotel cepat banget 🙌 Makanan langsung diganti, manager-nya juga datang minta maaf langsung, bahkan kami dikasih compliment cake red velvet pas sudah balik ke kamar 😭✨ Menurutku ini nilai plus sih karena mereka mau handle complaint dengan baik. Overall: 7/10 buat pengalaman nginep singkat di Samarinda ✨
