Guest UserThe hotel was very good overall. However, it felt like some areas were still being finished or renovated, which sometimes gave an unfinished impression. The soundproofing could also be improved. Furthermore, the shower drain was quite slow, which can quickly become annoying and should be addressed.
On the other hand, the staff was impeccable: very kind, helpful, always smiling, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference.
Breakfast was decent, but it could be even better if fruit were offered regularly, regardless of the menu.
Finally, the location is a real plus: the hotel is ideally situated, close to the beach and the town center, which is much more lively in the evening than during the day.

Marjorie JThe strength of this hotel is its amenities, beautiful landscape and greenery and breakfast buffet.
There’s lots to do from swimming whether in the pool or on the beach, playing games such as beach volleyball and scuba or snorkelling. There’s also a gym and a spa. The breakfast spread is very satisfying and there’s a variety of local and western dishes.
The concierge staff on the other hand are less informed. For example I asked about F1 screening in the hotel and was told by one staff that it’s not being screened and told by another staff that it is. I decided to take the advice of the latter and was disappointed. Turns out there’s no F1 screening at the hotel. Had I known this prior I wouldn’t have rushed back from town to watch the race and would have instead looked for a spot there.
If you’re looking for a lively place to stay, this is not the hotel for you. It’s more suitable for families. It’s very quiet even during peak season. Their live music is only on certain nights. After a day’s activity, I would advise to go in to town for dinner and entertainment. Please keep in mind that there is no Grab service at this district so one would have to rely on the hotel taxi.
Overall I didn’t find the concierge staff professional considering the rating of this hotel and the location was a little bit secluded to my liking.

Georgia.Hotel itself is beautiful with well-kept grounds and a gorgeous pool area that feels really relaxing. It’s in a great location, right on the main ***** so everything is within walking distance, but tucked away enough that it still feels peaceful and quiet.
Rooms are huge, modern, and very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh water provided. Tea/coffee facilities, a mini fridge, and a TV with plenty of channels.
Staff were amazing - so friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything. I did have an issue with noise from internal building works, but the team handled it well, moving me quickly and even gave me a complimentary upgrade, which I really appreciated.
Facilities overall were great. Pools are beautiful with plenty of sun loungers. The pool at the back of the resort was quieter (and away from nearby building works). Food was also really good - breakfast was tasty, although for the first few days it was à la carte rather than buffet due to lower occupancy, which was a little disappointing, but there was still plenty of food.
Lots of convenient extras too - room service available as well as laundry service (although a bit pricey). The hotel can also arrange taxis to the airport (around 250K IDR, cash only), as Grab doesn’t seem to operate in the area.
Location-wise, it’s perfect. Great restaurants nearby like Cantina Mexicana and KRNK for a quick bite, plus a supermarket right next door and plenty of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.
**Tip:** try to request a room in the newer part of the hotel at the back of the resort - it’s quieter (away from building works) and more updated.

MenggulanvwangFor the last few days of my Indonesia trip, to escape the crowds of Bali, I came to Lombok to slow down and recuperate. I stayed one night at the Sheraton in Senggigi, and the service was so attentive, detailed, and thoughtful that it was unforgettable. Arriving at this hotel, there was a huge drop-off in experience right from the moment we walked in.
First, it was very unusual for them to take us to our room with our luggage to check-in. They led us to a small room on the second floor in a corner of the backyard. It was so tiny that there wasn't even space to open our suitcases. After completing the formalities, they opened the curtains and told us they were sorry, but there was construction going on at a neighbor's site outside the window, which might be disturbing. I said that wasn't right; I had clearly booked a mountain view or garden view room, which was also larger than this. This was obviously not the room I booked. My husband spent a long time discussing it with the check-in staff, and they agreed to change our room. They showed us a larger room and said we'd have to pay extra, which we didn't accept. We insisted on a room with the same conditions and price as our original booking. We then had to wait in the courtyard for a long time again. Finally, we were moved to a room that was more or less comparable to what we had booked. It felt like there was a clear差別待遇 (differential treatment) between Chinese tourists and Caucasian tourists; if you don't argue your case, you'll be assigned the worst rooms that don't meet booking standards.
After that, the service attitude was still acceptable. However, the next day, I asked the housekeeping staff for two extra bottles of water. When I returned to the room, I saw a trash can filled with two bottles of water placed on the bed. I don't know what that meant. I originally wanted to be more eco-friendly and not change the bedding, but now I had no choice but to ask them to change all the linens.
The hotel's location is quiet yet convenient. The design style and interior space are quite good, and the breakfast at the restaurant has long serving hours and decent taste. It's not far from the beach, and it's convenient for shopping and dining nearby, but the overall prices are a bit high.

Be.coolies_weltreiseThe room was nice and clean, but it was incredibly noisy – even at night, you could hear everything from the street, like very loud cars and music. The hotel can't really be blamed for that. Across the street, there's a grocery store, which is really convenient. There are also quite a few dining options around.

The clerk is kind, friendly and helpful. There are many events in the place too, appreciate bbq events or learning surfing.
Get the most corner room, the facilities are standard, get the bed above so if there is an extra squeeze, there is the sound of the frogs and the frogs. Then what is a pity is that the toilet bidet is so small that it comes out 😭 because the shower is a bit dirty, because the used to take a shower is not flushed and flows to waste 😢 maybe because mostly foreigners all book here this time, yaudala

icoslosSo the hotel is nothing special... and as for the rooms, I ended up on the 5th floor on one side where they didn't even make a window... there is a glass door but you can't open it, only air conditioning... a hell, highly inadvisable and the wifi sucks.
