This hotel is very conveniently placed near the airport, with a free shuttle. Room is clean and tidy, staff are very nice and polite. Only bad point is that the food is not very good, I think all products are frozen and not fresh. But breakfast is quite nice with lot of choice. I would recommend if you need hotel before / after your flight

The staff (from front desk to the waiter), they are all polite and always at hand when you need assistance. Hotel driver is almost immediately available if you want to be sent anywhere nearby.
Food at the restaurant was alright, if you're not fussy.
It was a relaxing break. You can book for a massage in the comfort of your room.

Generally speaking, the front desk staff are very friendly and very close to the airport, but the welcome juice is a bit tasteless (the drinks at the bar need to be improved. We stayed one night temporarily and flew out early the next morning)

The room is very clean. The service of the hotel waiters is very good and polite. The breakfast is not very good. There are few supermarkets near the hotel. You have to go out far to eat. The sheets and quilts are very clean and comfortable.

Good location, fast response, clean, fast check in and check out and comfortable stay. Located further away from the city center but closed to the airport with free shuttle. Good rest for the travelers. Food and drink absolutely good taste

we were greet by Rizal & Ricky, so lively , charming & helpful at the front desk of Swiss Belcourt Lombok Hotel. the place is amazing, clean & beautiful. The bed feels like home. A highly recommended place to stay in Lombok. and oh ya, its 5 minutes to Lombok airport…so near!
