“Good for a Transit Stay, but the AI-Driven Service Needs Work” I booked this hotel mainly because of the reviews mentioning the good food and free pick-up/drop-off shuttle service. Communicating with the hotel before check-in to arrange the shuttle was easy through the hotel’s WhatsApp number, which I found on Trip.com. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel seems to cater quite heavily to Chinese visitors. There was a line of Chinese guests checking in, and one of the front desk staff spoke Chinese fluently. Some of the notices around the hotel were also written in Chinese, presumably Mandarin. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was nice and helpful. However, I was informed that I needed to install an app to use various hotel services during my stay, including the digital room key and room service. While this may be convenient for some guests, I personally found it a bit of a hassle at the time. The installation itself took some time, followed by an explanation of how to use the system. The food was average, with a reasonable selection of options. However, the refilling of some items was rather slow. For example, the milk for the coffee machine ran out and was not replenished promptly, and at times there was no cook available. The room itself was nice and spacious. One thing I particularly liked was the layout, with the washing area located near the entrance. The toilet unit also looked new. Unfortunately, the towels looked rather shabby and could use an upgrade. Complimentary bottled water was available upon request, which was a nice touch. One of the biggest downsides for me was the lack of a telephone in the room. All service requests have to be made through the app. I had to communicate with an AI chatbot, but the chatbot would often instruct me to go downstairs and confirm the request with the reception desk anyway. I found this rather confusing and wondered what the point of the AI system was if I still had to speak to a staff member in person. It seems the hotel is trying to adapt to AI and reduce the need for human staff, but the system does not seem to work effectively yet. In my experience, it actually added an extra step rather than making things easier. This was especially noticeable during check-out. There was only one front desk staff member, which was surprising. He was very patient and did his best to serve everyone, but the hotel really could have used more staff at that time. As a result, the line became quite long. Had I been informed during check-in that I could simply use the self-service machine to check out, I could have avoided the queue altogether. The location is in the CBC area, although finding the hotel felt a bit like navigating a labyrinth. It wasn't the easiest place to locate, especially for a first-time visitor. Overall, I would say you get what you pay for. For a one-night transit stay, the hotel was acceptable, especially with the free shuttle service and spacious room. However, the hotel could significantly improve its service by having more human staff available and making its AI-based system more practical and user-friendly.

Honestly we didn’t expect much because the price was really cheap. We chose this hotel mainly because it’s close to the airport since our flight arrived late at night. The staff were nice and there was no deposit required which was a plus. The water pressure was actually really good but the bathroom smelled really musty and the towels didn’t absorb water well at all. There was also only one power socket so bring an extension cord if you need to charge multiple devices. There’s an Alfamart right next door, which was convenient. Overall, it’s okay for a short overnight stay, especially if you just need somewhere cheap near the airport.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

At a very affordable price, D'Prima Hotel 1 is highly worth it and recommended, especially for those looking to stay near the airport. Although it's not super close to the airport, the hotel offers a free shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off, which is very helpful, especially if you have a late-night or early-morning flight. The location is also quite strategic as there are several dining options and minimarts around the hotel, making it easy to grab food or other necessities.

As a business traveler, I was very satisfied with my stay at TreePark Hotel Jakarta Airport. The location is incredibly strategic, just minutes from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, making it very convenient for early morning flights or late-night arrivals. The airport shuttle service was also a huge plus and extremely helpful. The check-in process was quick, the staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable, perfect for resting after a business trip. The Wi-Fi was good enough for work, and the hotel's relatively quiet atmosphere supported productivity. At a competitive price, this hotel offers excellent value for business travelers who need easy access to the airport without sacrificing comfort. I will definitely stay here again for my next business trip.

We booked this hotel simply because we had an overnight layover and needed somewhere close to the airport. At this price, we honestly didn’t expect much — and yes, it has air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi and basic toiletries. That’s about it. The biggest problem was that our room was on B1. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and the room had a strong, unpleasant underground smell. The room was also extremely tiny. Even with just hand-carry luggage, we struggled to find space and eventually had to put it in the bathroom. If you have large suitcases, good luck. There is also nothing around the hotel — no convenience store, no restaurants worth mentioning. The entire area is basically just airport hotels. So, if your only requirement is “I need somewhere cheap to close my eyes for one night before my next flight,” then sure, this place will do. But if you expect anything beyond the absolute basics, stay somewhere else. Being close to the airport is pretty much the only thing this hotel has going for it. They do offer airport transfers, which is a nice service, but the operating hours are 6:00 AM–9:30 PM, so unfortunately it didn’t work for our flight schedule. In short: cheap, close to the airport, and that’s about it. You get what you pay for.

I enjoyed the size and quietness of the room. Regarding the free shuttle service, it would be helpful to specify that there are fixed schedules, and depending on your arrival time, you might have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes! For the same price, I would rather recommend the Orchardz Hotel next door. They have shuttles upon arrival and breakfast included.

The location is all right,  Customer service really really good, But the everything else is really bad. The shower, the door, the floor, the table everything just falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone..

Had a short overnight stay here at IBIS Budget during my layover from Bali to Kuala Lumpur but due to flight delay, we missed out complimentary airport shuttle to the hotel by about 5 minutes. That was a bummer but no choice, I believe they have to stick to their schedule. Check in was simple but room was a tad small and I totally do not like how the layout of the WC and shower stall but I guess this is due to room size. What I like however, is that breakfast is served early, we took the 4:45am shuttle to the airport and was down at the lobby by 4:30 and breakfast is already served.
