The floor lobby so dirty like never mopping The security not really working well everytime when we back from out side no one help us to give change entrance to hotel there just in side in the gates then the traffic so heavy and dangerous area . The restaurant need to upgrade when gues stay there street way need to payment can't billing to the room Then the staircase so dangerous that in the lobby Room is good big spaces and clean only when showers all water will go everywhere and if nit carefully will fill down Because the showers part out wrong side Near that place so nice food early morning for breakfast

The hotel room was very nicely furnished, super pleasant bed and very clean. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful, have sent us various restaurants, etc. The wire also works perfectly and we have hand towels, etc. There is also a freely accessible kitchen with bed, oven, pans, drinking water, etc. that you can use. And we had a sweet veranda. All in all really great accommodation, it would recommend everyone further!

clean and comfortable rooms. request early checkin allowed and without additional cost. the guards are friendly, kind and informative. not making it dull, next trip if you go to Bwi again this place will definitely be an option

These are three separate houses surrounded by nature, a fantastic sight. The problem is that it's out of the way; there are no restaurants or shops nearby. You have to order through reception. Breakfast isn't a buffet, so those accustomed to a generous breakfast will have to do without it. The room and bathroom are beautiful and functional. It's a shame there's no TV.

The location is absolutely perfect, right at the foot of the trail leading to the Kawah Ijen crater. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The cabins are spotless and brand new. They're very comfortable with excellent bedding. A fantastic place to stay for exploring Kawah Ijen! It gets chilly in the evening, so make sure to bring warm clothes. And don't hesitate to ask for an extra blanket.

Delicious Indonesian Javanese food specially created by the host, May, as well as the level of dedicated service is the highlight of this hotel. The menu food sounds unappealing, but all 7 lunch and dinners were so good. You have to try the chicken satay, which is soft and has white clean meat. The tuna is melted and panini is so fresh. The spaghetti cakalang is her created recipe of smoked fish and spaghetti. Her tofu and Tempe must not be missed! Her tempong chicken is yummy and fresh! Feels like it's directly from the farm. Nasi goreng must not be missed! Papayas seem to be in the season. Fried bananas covered in coconut flakes are not to be missed! In this hotel, don't expect luxury cleanliness because there are a lot of insects (bees, butterflies, moths, grasshopper, flies), spiders, millipedes, lizards, even a gecko. If you want to stay in this rustic resort you have to be okay with them. I didn't like the insects stuff in the room but the hosts immediately sent their staff to deal with them. Staff are friendly just be patient with them because not all speak English. May was a super host, who gave ALL sorts of ideas on where to go, and how to go, and gives you contacts and numbers and details. Ibnu makes the best dirty latte in Banyuwangi, most probably. The hosts are very nice and go out of the way to make their guests welcome. They even dropped us at a nearby tour site, and also gave us a short walk to the beach nearby. This level of service is almost unbeatable. Staff are always ready and welcome to greet and smile at you. I think the Indonesian and Javanese meals are better than the breakfast menu. Breakfast pancake and American breakfast normal only. They generously dropped us off at Bangsring Underwater which was 3-5 mins away, which MUST NOT BE MISSED for snorkelling beginners! (But first check out if the season is good for snorkelling) If you stay here, be prepared there's not much in the area. And not much air-conditioned cafes or restaurant or shops nearby too. The family room has a breathtaking view of the mountains but because of the attic like structure, is prone to insects and lizards and stuff. It had a resident gecko. The deluxe suite room had a flat ceiling so lesser insects! + huge verandah for drying your clothes + pink bougainvillea. There are corn fields beside the hotel. They send food to your room if you don't want to eat in the restaurant which also has a amazing view. Restaurant has rustic vibes with antique candelabras (+ spiders).

Very beautiful hotel, amazing territory, atmosphere, food is super, everything is very cool, but there is one BUT - now it is the month of Ramadan and no one warned us about the sounds from three o'clock in the morning🥲 it was very audible, even with earplugs. Naturally, we did not get enough sleep and did not rest after the volcano..

For adventure seekers, the basecamp of Mount Raung is only 20 minutes away by car, with a hike that takes at least two days and one night. The swimming pool is large and clean, and the garden is well-maintained. The hotel has a good restaurant offering a variety of Indonesian and Western dishes. Wi-Fi is reliable, though the TV had no signal, and there was a brief power outage, quickly resolved with a backup generator. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is very close to the crow station and Ketapang port, the toilet is narrow but the room is very wide, the mattress has a little smell, it is quite worth the price of the room, thank you

Osing Bamboo resort was exactly what I needed while I relaxed in preparation for my Mt. Ijen hike. I only stayed one night but it really felt rejuvenating. They really have done an excellent job at nestling into such a beautiful spot in the jungle overseeing the river. Despite the rural setting, I found the bedding and amenities to be very clean and fresh. The staff was excellent at accommodating my requests for room service and other things. Food and lattes were delicious!!! Such excellent quality overall and a great deal too! If you’re in Banyuwangi just hanging out before or after your activities definitely stay here!
