The restaurant need to upgrade when gues stay there street way need to payment can't billing to the room Then the staircase so dangerous that in the lobby Room is good big spaces and clean only when showers all water will go everywhere and if nit carefully will fill down Because the showers part out wrong side Near that place so nice food early morning for breakfast

The room was really nice for the Ijen area, with excellent value for money. The balcony overlooked a rice paddy, which was very relaxing. The hotel offered delicious and affordable lunch and dinner. The facilities were also stylish, giving it a resort-like feel. It's a 40-minute drive to Ijen Volcano and another 40 minutes to the pier.

Travel freely with friends and settle at the foot of Mount Yizhen. The owner of the homestay is a second generation of Chinese, who treats people warmly and caring, and is responsive to everything. Not only helped to connect the vehicles to Mount Yizhen the next day, but also carefully planned the travel route and assisted in the placement of luggage throughout the process. After the tour, the driver sent us directly to Bromo Volcano, and the itinerary was particularly smooth. The balcony of the residence is lush with green plants and full of vitality. It makes people feel refreshed when they look at it~ The cat shelf of the boss's house is so big haha 😄

Ouf, what a hidden gem! The bungalows at Purwa Ijen are top-notch, offering an amazing value for money. It is located in a super authentic, small and peaceful village with beautiful views and lush vegetation (besides all the rice fields). Our highlight was the breakfast, where we got the best smoothie bowl on our whole trip through Indonesia. The Ijen tour (500K) was also an unbeatable price. Transfer to the Bali ferry for 200K was also affordable. We especially loved the spacious bathroom and the comfy terrace with jungle and ricefield view. IMHO Purwa Ijen is one of the best value accommodation you can find in the Ijen area, highly recommended. WiFi also worked like a breeze.

The location is absolutely perfect, right at the foot of the trail leading to the Kawah Ijen crater. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The cabins are spotless and brand new. They're very comfortable with excellent bedding. A fantastic place to stay for exploring Kawah Ijen! It gets chilly in the evening, so make sure to bring warm clothes. And don't hesitate to ask for an extra blanket.

clean and comfortable rooms. request early checkin allowed and without additional cost. the guards are friendly, kind and informative. not making it dull, next trip if you go to Bwi again this place will definitely be an option

Great place, well maintained, with swimming pools, its own rice paddies!, marvelous service. We've been here for one night, but had to regret our plan did not let us stay longer. Our objective was to trek Ijen, which is just 30 minutes away from here. The frontdesk can help you with the driver, the health check, tickets and supplying breakfast in a box. However, there is much more on site and around to make a longer stay enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located near Kalibaru Station, providing easy access to Ketapang (for Bali) and Banyuwangi city (for the Ijen tour), just an hour by train. The hotel features its own dairy farm with fresh milk, and offers activities like spice and coffee plantation tours. For adventure seekers, the basecamp of Mount Raung is only 20 minutes away by car, with a hike that takes at least two days and one night. The swimming pool is large and clean, and the garden is well-maintained. The hotel has a good restaurant offering a variety of Indonesian and Western dishes. Wi-Fi is reliable, though the TV had no signal, and there was a brief power outage, quickly resolved with a backup generator. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Osing Bamboo resort was exactly what I needed while I relaxed in preparation for my Mt. Ijen hike. I only stayed one night but it really felt rejuvenating. They really have done an excellent job at nestling into such a beautiful spot in the jungle overseeing the river. Despite the rural setting, I found the bedding and amenities to be very clean and fresh. The staff was excellent at accommodating my requests for room service and other things. Food and lattes were delicious!!! Such excellent quality overall and a great deal too! If you’re in Banyuwangi just hanging out before or after your activities definitely stay here!

Like an old hotel that's been renovated. The bathroom was a bit dirty and had a very damp smell. The room also smelled damp. Breakfast was still all right though.
