Staying in this hotel feels like I found the most strategic ”basecamp” in the middle of the city. Want to go anywhere near—want to find food just walk, want to drink just walk, the room is clean,comfortable,and quite spacious.the mattress is so soft that the intention of getting up early to travel changed to “it’s okay tomorrow” 😴 The service is also friendly, the staff is helpful, so it makes you feel at home. Anyway, this hotel is suitable for those who want: staycation santai Honeymoon typis-type Or just escape the routine Conclusion: strategic location, there is a balcony for a gong, and it is very comfortable. The only downside is one... it is difficult to check out because it is too home 😆

When staying in Banda Aceh the Parkside Alhambra Hotel is one of the first choices for accommodation. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. The hotel is located nearby to restaurants and grocery stores. The Syiafiatuddin Road with many shops for souvenirs and the local coffee (Gayo) is just opposite of the hotel on the other side of the roundabout. The Raya Baitul Rahman Masjid is in walking distance. Definitely worth to stay in the hotel, because the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel even has its own restaurant.

Traveling to Banda Aceh, I immediately booked the highly-rated Hermès Palace Hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, surrounded by numerous local eateries within walking distance. However, we weren't used to the local cuisine, so we ate at the hotel restaurant throughout the trip. The selection was extensive, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable, so there was no need to go out specifically to find food. As one of the top hotels in the area, the facilities were comprehensive, and the staff were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a modern and stylish design, making for a very pleasant stay. The bedding was soft, and a good night's sleep was incredibly restful, perfectly meeting the needs of a well-rested traveler. It's only a ten-minute drive from the Batu Rahmah Mosque, making it super convenient for sightseeing and everyday errands. Overall, the stay was excellent, and it's a great value for money choice in Banda Aceh. You can book with confidence when visiting Banda Aceh!

The large window in the room offered a fantastic view all the way to the mountains behind the city, which made for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious, and I appreciated being able to take my time enjoying it. The simple bidet in the room's toilet was also a nice and very convenient touch. Located right in the city center, and with attentive service and well-maintained facilities, it was a truly excellent stay.

One night stay in Banda Aceh before heading to Pulau Weh. Good choice. Simple, clean. Got upgraded to a room with a window, but the view is a wall, so no difference. Location is good - close to the main mosque. It is small town.

1. No strange odors or disinfectant smells in the room or hallway. 2. The bedding was neat and clean. 3. Air conditioning, minibar, hot water supply, and TV were all functional. The hairdryer overheated and cut out. 4. The breakfast buffet offered both Western and Indonesian options, but the drinks were incredibly sweet. 5. Location: 15 minutes from Ulee Lheue and 30 minutes from the airport.

I like the surrounding of the hotel full of nearby food stalls. One of the best option in Aceh. Good value for money even though the rooms are a bit old fashioned. Close to the port for trip to Sabang.

The hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

I had a great stay at this hotel .The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even assisted me with booking a motorbike. The hotel was clean. After I check out,the staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage at the reception.This gave me the oppurtunity to explore Banda Aceh before my scheduled ferry to Sabang at 4pm. Overall, the hotel was great .

The stay completely refreshed my understanding of hotel services! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the front desk lady greeted me with a spring breeze smile. When I checked in, I asked if I needed a quiet room, and also handed hot towels and welcome fruits intimately. The room is decorated as warm as home, the bedding is soft, and even the pillows have different heights to choose from. What touched me most was that the next morning, I accidentally slept over breakfast time, and when I was annoyed, the waiter knocked on the door and sent a packed breakfast, saying, ”Look at you slept late yesterday, specially reserved for you”. When checking out, the bellman helped to send the luggage to the parking lot and reminded me to pay attention to the safety of the return trip. See the details of the truth, such a service is really reluctant to leave, I will definitely choose here next time! [Simple and professional style] This stay experience is excellent, you must give the hotel service a compliment! Efficiency: The reception desk responds quickly, check-in/check-out is completed within 5 minutes, and the whole process is courteous and thoughtful. Room quality: The room is clean and tidy, no smell, complete facilities (safe box, humidifier, smart toilet, etc.), bedding and toiletries are of high quality. Details service: free mineral water and snacks are replenished every day, and the bath towels are also actively asked if they need to be replaced; the curtains will be closed and slippers put in the night service. Special needs: due to traveling with the elderly, contact the hotel in advance to arrange a low-floor room, and prepare non-slip in advance when arriving
