Llorenzo061284This Novotel is absolutely perfect for me because it’s so accessible to the airport. Imagine—once you step out of the airport, it’s already there. That’s why I’m not surprised that many people check in here. It’s not just extremely close, the place itself is also really beautiful and refreshing.
Their restaurant is excellent as well. I really enjoyed the Vegetable Salad (Caesar Salad) I had last night—it was very filling, and they definitely didn’t hold back on the ingredients, especially the chicken and seafood.
This hotel also provides free water, with bottles already prepared outside the elevator, and you can refill anytime you want.
As for the room, I’m honestly amazed by how beautiful it is. It’s very clean, smells great, and they also provide coffee. It’s so comfortable to sleep here, and you definitely won’t regret checking in. I will truly recommend this place to my friends who will come here to BHX, and I’ll tell them to book here because it’s 300% worth it with no regrets.

KKa FeiTrip.com messed up our booking, indicated that I booked a family room but in fact they got me a 2 single bed room, which wasn’t great for my family of 3. Premier Inn Solihull tried their best to accommodate by getting us a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. Well done 👍

GGuest UserVery warm welcome and everything as it should be. Swift service both at the hotel and Beefeater next door. Good location for motorway but it’s not in Solihull- it’s in Shirley which is a distance from Solihull itself. No problem to us though.

The receptionist was very kind. There is a bus stop at 100meters from the hotel for the airport which is very convenient. A very small super market at 10 minutes walking and generally a nice neighborhood. The price was a bit high for this kind of hotel.

You need to walk for a while to reach the bus station and restaurants. The hotel's front desk clerk was very nice, but the hotel did not provide comprehensive equipment, such as slippers and hairdryers.
