GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is excellent for travel from Birmingham Airport. The first room we were given was not clean. The bed linen on the bunk bed was dirty and there were blood stains on the sheets. Having said that when we complained to the staff they moved in a to two rooms near each other. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

GGuest UserThe environment is beautiful and the overall feeling is acceptable, but on the day of check-in, I was informed that there was a room error and was asked to cancel my booking. After contacting Trip.com's customer service, I was finally able to check in, but it was not the room I originally booked.

GGuest UserGood location close to M42, free parking onsite, easy access to reception check in was straightforward lifts to all floors and the room was perfect clean and warm.
self service for buffet breakfast good variety for every taste. would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is not very convenient. There are no good transportation facilities, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. You need to walk for a while to reach the bus station and restaurants. The hotel's front desk clerk was very nice, but the hotel did not provide comprehensive equipment, such as slippers and hairdryers.
