JJamesThe only thing about this place is parking. Although they have a parking garage behind the hotel, forget about parking your SUV there as there is no way you will be able to manoeuvre your vehicle into their car park.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. The cleaning is not excellent (the windows are quite dirty, etc.) but we have not been going through mania. Our first option was to stay at the hotel du Futuroscope, but we read bad views and saw unpleasant photos and changed option, we didn't regret the change.

GGuest UserThe code to go back to the hotel was not communicated to us, we were found outside the hotel with closed door. We have to call the emergency number to have the access code to enter the hotel to get the key from our room

SSamandouVery clean hotel with a very spacious room and comfortable beds, the staff is very professional. The only downside is that my car was scratched on purpose during the night but that's just a detail...the main thing is elsewhere

KKarenmaryThis hotel seemed little tired, felt like plastic under the sheets so not the most comfortable sleep. The centre opposite doesn’t allow dogs so we had difficulty finding somewhere to eat. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Also it was dog friendly which is a bonus for us. On the whole it was budget so shouldn’t expect too much.

We were quite disappointed with the rooms, all made quite old with colors 20 years ago.
Equipment such as TV has been put to cartridge boxes because it is not practical to use (positioning or orientation).
Fine door that lets pass all the sounds in both directions.
The room was very comfortable and it was not all lighting.
Work is under way in the hotel, see if it is better after.
Otherwise very convenient service and full and nice breakfast.

GGuest UserWe will no longer be a member of your customers in the future for the simple reason that your hotel is not air-conditioned with canicule that we have had in the last few days. It was awful to sleep in a room where the window can hardly open for Vasistas cause and when I called for an additional fan at the reception, there was no available, I had to go buy a in Auchan to be able to sleep more or less but unfortunately it didn't even serve to much I felt bad all night and I had to change from hotel for the next two nights what is unacceptable in the sense that I'm going to I have paid double charges. And for this reason I will send you a complaint in parallel to be refunded for these two nights and that says night, including breakfast, because then we have breakfast at the other hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is open until 9:30 p.m. There was a small but urgent incident and the staff arrived to shut down a cigarette fire and can check Inn. You can make self check Inn but the screen did not work when you arrived. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is very small room type Europe Ibis Budfet, clean, Far, nothing in the surroundings, To sleep on road trip.
