The receptionists were very friendly. Futuroscope is at 15 mins walk. Only bad point is that air conditioner was out of service in my room.

Good location if you want to spend the weekend going to the theme park - Futuroscope, only a 15 minutes walk and the parking for the hotel is free. Nothing else much to do around, there were a few shops around but they were closed the weekend we spent there. Lovely multilingual staff. Bar was always unattended so you to go to reception to get someone to come over to order, the cocktails were pretty good though.

Modern and spacious hotel.
The family suite is very practical with small children
On the other hand, the false ceiling fell on us, injuring the lady and 1 meter from the baby. Very limited reaction from the reception, "it has never happened to us" the technical department came and noted the poor condition of the false ceiling. We had to go through the door to the other room. No compensation offered...

Propreté et état des locaux corrects dans l'ensemble, mais pour un 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas suffisant: vitres des parties communes sales (couloir et restaurant), au niveau de la chambre, flexible de douche usagé, tarte orange dans les wc, moquette tâchée... il semble qu'une petite rénovation s'impose. Pour autant, nous avons été bien accueillis, la literie est confortable, le personnel agréable, le petit-déjeuner est varié, bon point pour les produits locaux (yaourts et thés), il manquait juste des haricots blancs pour accompagnés les oeufs et la charcuterie :( mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Nous nous sommes tout de même bien sentis dans cet hôtel avec ses équipements (notamment la piscine) et une décoration fort sympathique (en particuliers en cette période de Noël).

Déçu pour un standing 4 étoiles. Hotel vieillot, pas mal de mobiliers sont tres usagés a l'accueil de l'hôtel. Condensation dans la chambre au matin, mauvaise isolation des fenêtres. La literie n'est pas confortable, la propreté des chambres laisse a désirer, tâches sur la moquette, trou a debordement du lavabo sale, et les couloirs des étages sont sales par terre.
Sinon le personnel est accueillant et le restaurant est bon, petit déjeuner également.
