Hotels with Parking in Biarritz

Hotel stay was comfortable but the room service allowed yourself to forget about the evening service for three days. Bedding was changed once every three days... but smile and politely promise.

The hotel is new! The rooms are large. Everything is compact and convenient! The staff is responsive and friendly!

The parking space is quite sufficient. The town center is two kilometers away. It is very close to the lighthouse. It is not far from the beach. The sea view is not obvious. Structure well located to reach the city on foot, clean apartment with panoramic sea view. Large outdoor pool beautiful and clean. Being a residence and not a hotel they do not provide daily room cleaning. Convenient parking in the structure at the price of €8, we did not try breakfast.

Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered. Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time. At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave. At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here. This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly as well as the amenities such as spa and massage treatment. They also provided delicious Basque Foods for choices. The location is absolutely nearby the Beach that taking about few mins walking apart. I would highly recommend to people who are planning in Biarritz

Los apartamentos están muy bien, pero hay que tener cuidado con cuál se elige, porque aunque reserves uno de dos habitaciones con cama doble y camas gemelas, te dan litera de dos camas.
