Excellent well situated hotel in Pau. Excellent room, everything worked, and underground parking made available due to overnight stay of 3 Tour de France teams and their vehicles using all above ground parking. At least car wasn't roasting in the heat above ground! Excellent room and facilities, excellent breakfast and staff always available and helpful. Only 5 minutes walk from the famous Boulevard de Pyrenees and it's views of the mountains.

It is very near the airport so location is good, make sure you get a car for this hotel. There are no lifts so be mindful of this.

Well located next to the airport. Room was compact but well appointed and spotlessly clean. Staff helpful and welcoming. Sound proofing could be better - aircraft noise easily heard in room, but airport doesn’t seem to operate very late at night so not a big problem.

Fantastic location. I walked from the airport quickly and easily, even after a 30 hour travel day!
The server in the restaurant was so kind and helpful, lighthearted and funny. She lifted my spirit. I'm so grateful.
As for the room, it was super clean and comfortable. It was the first good night sleep I've had in a very long time!!

A hotel just a stone's throw from the airport, easily reachable on foot. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. We stayed for 2 nights, and the only downside was that our room wasn't made up, and the linens weren't changed. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, self-service style. Public transport, like the bus, is just a 2-minute walk away, taking you to Biarritz city center and the train station. All in all, a good hotel, but they should re-evaluate the services mentioned above. That's why I didn't give the maximum rating. Thanks to the establishment anyway.

The room was rather clean. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The toilet stopped flushing, we informed the reception about this and were given a neihboring room with a working toilet immediately. The location is 5 minutes walking from the airport which was quite useful for us (we rented a car at the airport the next day). Price/quality ratio is well balanced.
