The hotel’s location is perfect- right in the center of Angers, about a 15 minute walk from the train station. It can be a little loud at night because there are some bars/restaurants nearby, but perfect if you want to be close to lots of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Everything was clean and well-kept and the staff were professional. Inside the rooms, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom looked modern and recently redone, and they had a simple air-conditioning unit that was a lifesaver in this unprecedented heat.

The hotel is opposite the train station, the room is small, the single room is acceptable, the double room is very cramped. The room is divided into street-facing and non-street-facing, and the room facing the street is very noisy. I stayed in the room facing the street in mid-June.
