"Positives: Nice room, good evening meal, fabulous breakfast. Negatives: Having to wait for our room even though we arrived after 4pm and then, as soon, as we closed the door and started unpacking, having a manager knocking on our door asking us how early we were leaving in the morning as workmen were arriving! Which didn't make us feel very welcome!"

"We stayed for one night during road trip through the Valley. It's a budget-oriented place but we expected that. What makes a budget hotel great is the staff and cleanliness and both were excellent. The room was basic but tidy. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast. The location is walking distance from the old town, castle, very close to tram to attractions like Terra Botanica. There is limited parking available on site and luckily we managed to get a spot which was great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"Booked this stop on a Loire Valley driving tour of 3 couples with luxury cars. Called before booking to check hotel had secure private parking, explaining the importance of this. They confirmed that it did. When we arrived, we discovered that the car park was too narrow for our cars and that spaces had to be reserved in advance, none of which had bred advised in the call. As a result, we had to cancel the booking and find an alternative hotel, which cost us the price of the three rooms. Extremely stressful and distressing situation"
