The hotel has a good environment, the rooms are quiet and hygienic, and there is a small courtyard to bask in the sun. Leisure vacation is their first choice. Hotel service staff is also very friendly!

Tolle Anlage in super Lage 🌴 Sehr ruhig, richtig schöner Infinity Pool und extrem freundliches Personal 👍. Frühstück ebenfalls top – lässt keine Wünsche offen 🍳☕ Wir waren ursprünglich nur eine Nacht da. Das erste Zimmer lag leider etwas in einer Durchzugsschneise und war dadurch etwas lauter. Weil uns Alcudia und das Hotel aber so gut gefallen haben, haben wir spontan um zwei Nächte verlängert – und ein ruhigeres Zimmer bekommen 👍 Danach war alles perfekt! Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder 😄🍷

Es ist definitiv ein Hotel zum weiterempfehlen vor allem auf Alcudia aber der Service ist leider in der Küche etwas schlecht! Teller werden nicht gleich abgeräumt als Beispiel?!!!!! Ich könnte noch mehrere weitere Beispiele nennen....

It was okay but reception should have been more friendly. The woman at reception does not seem to care about the guests. It is like you are disturbing her.
