非常喜歡的家庭旅館！就在柏林近郊波茨坦，院子裏可以停車，房間特別乾淨温暖，早餐十分美味，有很多水果可以選擇。 特別喜歡她家的大狗狗，週日晚上我們到的時候它在家門口等着，一見面就超開心！

We stayed in two suite rooms. One for 3 people and another for 4 people. Both suites were spacious, fully furnished, and equipped with excellent amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher. The location was very convenient: just 3 minutes from the S-Bahn station, 4 minutes from the tram stop (Haltestelle), and only 5 minutes from Ristorante Toscana. We had a fabulous stay and truly appreciated the comfort and convenience provided. Highly recommended!

Drei entspannte Nächte auf der Insel – absolut empfehlenswert Ruhige, idyllische Lage, perfekt zum Abschalten. Geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit schönem Seeblick. WLAN etwas schwach, aber sonst alles top. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, Restaurant sehr lecker. Die Terrasse und der separate Steg am See sorgen für eine besondere Atmosphäre. Der Service war herzlich und professionell. Besonderer Dank an Elita für ihre außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Fantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und auch sehr ruhig leider kühlt die Klima nicht so ganz aber ansonsten alles perfekt. Frühstück ist auch ganz vielfältig.

We had room 202 it was very nice and super furnished as much as everything was clean, unfortunately the WiFi was very bad the sleeping sofa really not good to sleep and in TV you couldn't watch any broadcaster.

It was a nice stay. Very close to Hbf and main attractions. We loved the city.

Very big hotel, good dinner, delicious and not expensive, four talents less than 100 euros. The sauna and swimming pool are very good, although not big, the experience is very good. recommend!

The reception was very friendly; Unfortunately, there weren't enough seats for breakfast, except outside, which was too cold; the service in the breakfast room was very friendly, despite the high volume of guests. The room was okay, but unfortunately, the hairdryer and the lamp on the desk weren't working either; What I didn't like was that they charged extra for parking. The hotel's location is very good, as you can reach the historic sites or the city center on foot in a reasonable amount of time, and there's also a bus service nearby.
