The staff are all friendly. When asked a kettle they will provide it. The transportation card for the tram and bus is a bonus. Their breakfast had a variety of food too.

The room was quite clean, and although I chose a small single bed, it was very comfortable, and I slept very well. The breakfast was reasonably priced. However, there was no elevator, and it took a lot of effort to carry my large suitcase up. The place is close to the attractions, but since it was my first time there and I wasn't familiar with the area, I followed Google Maps along some less-than-accurate back roads. The navigation wasn't very precise, and the paths were quite winding, so please be careful.

The hotel is small and cozy, clean and tidy. There is a coffee machine and slippers in the room. The front desk gives you a free Kassel transportation day ticket. It's great.

The Location next to the River is stunning and I enjoyed walking around, watching birds, the apartment had two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a really nice balcony. I did not use the SPA but it looked really nice on pictures and from the outside. I also really liked the swings on the balcony. The bathtubs is also really comfy. The only things they could improve would be a hair dryer (which I might have missed), hangars for the wardrobe and maybe a different soap. I travelled by car, there waa sufficient parking space, if you park on the premises it costs 10€, if you park upstairs at the main road it is for free.

I booked two double rooms. Only after I arrived at the hotel did I know that if one person lives in a double room, the price will be discounted. However, Ctrip did not inform, and made money silently.

MM3137****Facing the main train station, it is a quiet place in the middle of noisy. You can park the car in the parking lot next to the train station police station. It is also convenient to walk. Although the kitchen equipment is a bit old, it is still complete. The room heating is adjusted by yourself and it is very comfortable.
