"The room is very small. The bed in the standard room is only 0.8 meters, and the bed in the king room is 1.5 meters. There is only a bottle of water and a two-in-one shower shampoo in the room. There is no kettle, slippers, toothbrush or soap. The windows are poorly soundproofed. The sound of the train is quite loud. The heating in the room is not very effective and it is quite cold. Only the location is excellent. It is not recommended."

The John SmithI was disappointed to find out ipon checking in that the bar was not open during our visit and even more upset to discover no restaurant available.
Considering these were the 2 top reasons for booking after a long drive I feel these things should not be advertised if they are not provided. I could of went elsewhere and probably cheaper had I known this sooner.
The room was good and the breakfast was excellent.

Guest UserUnfortunately, it wasn't clear when booking that the accommodations weren't accessible for people with mobility issues. There was no elevator in the coach house, so we had to leave early. This hotel isn't suitable for elderly people with mobility issues. The dining room was also too small. The staff was very friendly. You said you'll specifically mention this on your hotel website. Please do the same. It's a shame I couldn't give my mother a pleasant stay. Sincerely,

yinshen1986The location is very good, beside the train station, very close to the shopping mall City Point, and very close to the Municipal Plaza. It is very convenient to stay in the hotel. It is not recommended to buy breakfast at the hotel. Chinese people may not be comfortable with it, except that it is salty or salty. The accommodation environment is okay, don't have high expectations in a small city like Kassel, this one is pretty good. There is a Shandong restaurant 300m away from the hotel, which can be found on the public comment, and the taste is not bad. It is a good choice for missing Chinese food!

The room was very large, clean, and a hot water bottle was prepared, and the stay was very comfortable. Next time I have a chance to come again, the front desk is very warm, very close to the train station, very convenient.

Eating very good. Rooms are warm - Airco would be welcome or a ventilator. Very friendly staff.
Bike rental at the hotel would also be a nice option because this hotel is on a nice bike route.

Guest User

The room was very clean, three single beds, although there was shower gel (no shampoo, no slippers, no hot water bottle, hair dryer), very close to the train station (Kassel Hbf), the front desk was very friendly, check in was silky, and show your passport. If you don't book breakfast in the morning, 7:15-9:00 AM There will be free coffee and tea in the lobby. I have two cups and it is not difficult to drink. There is a REWE supermarket nearby (the plastic bottle can be returned inside, there are also fresh toasted bread), a little farther away there is a restaurant called Kebab, open very late, cost-effective, half-baked chicken plus salad, rice or chips is only 7 euros!

Apparently, rooms aren't cleaned on weekends (Friday to Saturday). You can opt out of housekeeping with a QR code, but I didn't do that. So, it seems it doesn't matter, as the room wasn't cleaned anyway. Also, at checkout, they tried to charge me for breakfast again, even though it was already included in my booking.
