AAilvyouThe hotel's location is excellent, and the lobby is luxurious and grand. The room's amenities are good, but the decor's dark colors don't create a cozy atmosphere. The old bedding combined with dim lighting gives an unclean impression. However, the front desk and in-room bar service were both very good! Breakfast was fantastic!

GGuest UserIt seems to be a high-end hotel in Brno, as there were photos of famous people from all over the world who have stayed there. The front desk was very friendly, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast menu was very good and delicious. The location was good, as I could walk to the sights from the hotel. It is located up a hill, and it is difficult to walk up the cobblestoned slope with a suitcase, so I recommend taking a taxi from the station.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of Brno. In addition to a beautiful lobby and clean rooms with good amenities, the hotel is characterized by its very good service.
I recommend booking a room with a city view. This offers a very nice view of the old cathedral.
A welcome drink was provided. The breakfast is also recommended. A good selection of good products combined with excellent service guarantee a good start to the day.
For the journey from the train station, I advise against booking a taxi during the Christmas period. Due to restrictions on access, the direct walk from the train station would have been shorter.
All in all, I would recommend the hotel at any time!

The hotel has a swimming pool and many saunas, so you can spend an afternoon in it. One of the swimming pools can also swim nude. Many middle-aged men jump into the nude pool, and there are also some old ladies. Young people generally choose to walk by quietly.

YYinghuaxiaoluHotel location is very good, ten minutes walk from the train station, surrounded by Liberty Square and several famous churches. The store's homemade beer and barbecue are perfect, we ate two meals here at night. The breakfast was very good and the service was very intimate. I was worried that no one would go to work in the morning because of the early check-out. I went to ask about the check-out in advance. As a result, the store directly asked us how to solve the breakfast that could not catch up with the hotel? Then said that we should prepare the refrigerator in advance at night, and the breakfast for two people filled the small refrigerator.

Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok.
Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea.
Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest.

EErcan TugayWe stayed for two nights and overall, it was a great stay. Lovely staff, good location and quiet neighborhood. Since Brno is a really small city, the hotel is at a walking distance to almost everywhere in the city, including the train station and Masaryk University. The restrooms having bidet nozzle is also a huge plus. I highly recommend Hotel Europa to everyone who wishes to stay in Brno.
