The rooms are modernly decorated, fully equipped, comfortable beds, and the softness of the beds is moderate, ensuring a good quality of sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy, the bath towels and towels were soft, and the gym was very good.

MMeng_xiangjiaA very satisfying accommodation experience in the Czech Republic. The hygiene, facilities, environment, breakfast and service are all very good. Although it is not in the city center, it is not too far from the city center. The taxi is less than 5 euros, which is very convenient. YYinghuaxiaoluHotel location is very good, ten minutes walk from the train station, surrounded by Liberty Square and several famous churches. The store's homemade beer and barbecue are perfect, we ate two meals here at night. The breakfast was very good and the service was very intimate. I was worried that no one would go to work in the morning because of the early check-out. I went to ask about the check-out in advance. As a result, the store directly asked us how to solve the breakfast that could not catch up with the hotel? Then said that we should prepare the refrigerator in advance at night, and the breakfast for two people filled the small refrigerator.

Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok.
Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea.
Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest.

EErcan TugayWe stayed for two nights and overall, it was a great stay. Lovely staff, good location and quiet neighborhood. Since Brno is a really small city, the hotel is at a walking distance to almost everywhere in the city, including the train station and Masaryk University. The restrooms having bidet nozzle is also a huge plus. I highly recommend Hotel Europa to everyone who wishes to stay in Brno.

MManpreetExcellent customer service! The reception staff was very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bottle of wine in our room and a thoughtful thank-you note at checkout, along with complimentary water bottles. The accommodation included car parking, so there was no extra charge. Although we didn’t get to try the breakfast due to an early checkout, our overall stay was wonderful. Charles Bridge is just a 15-20 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Prague.
